After a poor finish to the season and losing my Starting GK and two CB's to injuries I failed to clinch a playoff spot so my season ends early. Back to the drawing board for next season.
That's just unlucky Faulky.

Been difficult so far but there are glimpses of us doing well against the smaller/other teams. It is a shame that the fixtures were set out like they were but oh well!
You look decent and when the fixture list gets better you may be able to sneak into the top half.

2018/2019 Review

Well it was a good season for the club, our greatest success yet as we won the Capital One Cup!!! European Football here we come! We also got into the Semi-Final of the FA Cup but got destroyed 4-0 by Chelsea :(

The league was good to, we were a bit more consistent and managed a really good 6th place in the table!

The Players
Spender, Oh Spender what a legend you are becoming at Wrexham. He was simply outstanding scoring and assisting for fun and proving that he is the undisputed star of the team now that Hatton is gone.

End of Season 2!

Not a bad season in the end. Lost the last 3 games which didn't help but i can now strengthen and challenge for Europe (Or top half at least)

My (Most likely) first team for this season:

I think I've built a solid team with some potential. However my main concern is that I've changed the team so much that it may take a bit of time to work.

Very Non-Welsh but it is good!

That team looks very good and Crisetig and Ademilson are beasts.

The Seagulls have departed!
Hope it doesn't matter that I didn't take a screenshot at the beginning of the season. Some bad luck cost me the title in the end (no strikers no goals), but promotion is promotion after all!

I'm an FM Machine this weekend!

So far so good but recent results have been disappointing (0-0 with Burnley, beat 4-2 by Swansea after being 2-0 up)
Might need to tweak the tacitcs but I'm happy so far. Ademilson and Toivonen are beasts.

Weekend Wrap Up:

Jono slaps on another 15 points. Kezza solidifies his squad and the new comer Tucker manages to get himself on the board.

Good weekend for the Challenge, lets keep up the activity!

2019/2020 Season

Well another year goes by and we improved our record once again! Painfully missing out on fourth spot in the EPL by 1 point! We got through the group stage of the Europa League only to be done by Sporting Lisbon in the first round (**** poor scheduling forced me to rest players the first leg as I had the Capital One Cup final 2 days later) I did end up winning the Capital One Cup again this season so I was very happy with that :D anyways here's my competition standings.

It was another faultless season for Wrexhams main man Steven Spender, he is now playing at full potential and he continues to stay loyal to his boyhood and hometown club! Not one transfer offer has come in simply because he is not interested in leaving nor is anyone got enough money in the world to steal him from me!

Other standouts!

Enrique Narvarro is a player I picked up from Chivas for 240k 3 seasons ago and as you can see he is an absolute monster now, he had average mental stats when I brought him and wasnt very pacey but 3 seasons of quickness training have seen him become Cavani like!

Also I notice that Chelsea have finished 4th and are only Qualified for the Europa League, so I checked the league rankings and the EPL is still the highest ranked in the World so I'm not sure whats going on there. Ok so a couple of days later this problem corrected itself and Chelsea are in the Champions League next season. Also I just noticed on Narvarro's screenshot there is a steam friend who comes online with an extremely classy name...

Can I have like a third or a quarter of Spender? Probably would've gotten me to promotion in season two. I'll go a bit more in depth this time.

We had a great start into the league this year and were always lurking around the playoff spots. It doesn't look like it in the position diagram, but that was due to shitloads of postponed games in midseason, we always had 2 or 3 games in hand. Still, in the end we missed that playoff spots by 3 points as we just gave away too many easy wins in the end of the season. Good season though, next year we'll hopefully go up.

This great season was mostly down to a few key players, especially Ryan Doble, who managed to score 38 goals in his 45 league games. Sadly he's only here on loan, but his contract in Fleetwood runs out. Hopefully I can get him, especially since he's Welsh. Also I wanna mention the guys who managed to make my defense look bad instead of horrible. This is goalie Matthew Gledhill, for whom I was offered 200k € by Shamrock Rovers, but couldn't let him go as I'd have been unable to find compensation for him. Got him in season one and despite awful facilities, he developed impressively. And it is my central defender Gabriel Humbert, a French regen, brought in by my Director of Football, who with only 18 years of age continues to impress. Those are pretty much the most important ones, Doble for being awesome, Gledhill and Humbert for probably being part of the team for quite some time coming.

I don't want to talk about cup competitions and youth intakes, thanks. ;)

Haha Nope no Spender for you he is all mine Tuckson :P.

Loan players are the key really in LLM, unless you get a player like Spender who is once in a lifetime regen.
Also tuckson this forum has its own picture uploading tool if you find that easier than using imageshack, I know I do :)

That's a good season tuckson and I do admire the people who start at the bottom because I've never really had a good go at LLM and struggle to adapt to the low quality. I'm getting better with that though. JonoMUFC some of your players are God-like so how you don't win the league and all the cups is beyond me but well done on the Capital One Cup. It's also interesting to see that England has lost a CL place but still has a 4.5 rep top division.
