The " I have a small question" thread FM13

Hi start new game with barca(first time) and i am looking for tactic where messi score a lot of goals and possesions is about 60-65% can someone help?
 
is there any chance anyone can help i downloaded all the face packs but how do i get the little faces like when your searching for a player etc ?
 
Need some help regarding tackling. My players seem afraid to put in a tackle and seem to jockey the opposition player as he runs from his 18 yard box all the way to the byline. This happens regularly even though I have set certain players tackling to hard. Any other settings I should look out for?

man mark (sounds like you using zonal)
pressing (sounds like you are using stand off)

I am playing a high pressing game, but yes, I do use zonal marking. Will change to man marking and see if there is an improvement.

Yo! Training golys! I can't seem to find a goalkeeping coach that generates 4,5 or 5 stars! I got two good coaches with 20 goalkeeping and all the stats that are supposed to be useful for coaches (motivating - man manage - determ - discipline) 14+ but still both generate 4 stars in both golakeeping and shoot stopping! Any suggestions?
Fyi i am in 2018 right now and there have been a lot of awesome aditions to coaches from retired players! All my other coaching levels are at 4,5 and 5 stars!!!

this years version there is an over abundance of quality goalkeeping staff mate...
 
Wow! thats some nice job u did there with the screeshots, but my problem is with the "star" quality im getting from the coaches! I cant post screenshot atm cause im at work, but both my g.coaches have the quality of those above and im still getting 4 stars :(
I rly dont know what the problem is :s

what are the key stats for assistant managers, when it comes to prematch-/halftime talk and opponent instructions?
 
Do chief scouts give scouts assignments to countries they don't have any knowledge of? E.g. if i have a scout with good adaptability i'd want him to go new countries as much as possible to increase their and club's scouting knowledge and i hate doing that manually cuz it just keeps going down if you do it once in a while and that's just depressing..

Yeah , they do. If you've got a good chief scout then you'll soon have 100% in South America

Does it matter for young GKs to play matches for well development?
 
Any hints/ways of getting a new owner? I'm at birmingham and although they were taken over a year ago we are £5m in debt with nothing to spend and no players of value to sell
 
What stats are most important for coaches when taking suggestions from them for individual training for a player? Only Man Management?
 
Just a quick question. on my swindon save im using a Barca tactic i found online and im winning a tonne of corners! on FM12 there was the corner tactic which your 2 best headers challenged keeper and attacked near post with 5 players lurking outside the area. it used to get my CB 20 goals a season! does this tactics still work... if not then which corner tactic is the best?
