raikan say its cheat , its not imposibble right?
what u say mate?

I would never call anyone a cheater unless I actually knew and had evidence but I find this really, really, really hard to believe, especially since on-one has been able to get the same thing again with the approach. :D

- Praise him in the media to get him to like you
- offer some really low bids so that he might get unsettled when his clubs reject them
- repeat the 2 things above
- make à real offer that you get accepted.

Now, this might not work or in worst case scenario uppset your players that dont like their managers to praise the opponents players.

I'm using Jp 4-4-2 tactic with a lot of sucess in athletic bilbao finished 2nd 1st season(prediction was 8h)

The tactic is very efficent but as i only can buy basque playes my team quality is far away from Barça and Real and last year i lost against them in their house.

This year i'm in 1st place but will play against Barça and Real AWAY in one month and i fell i need to make some adjustements in the tactic on order to make good results against them and win the tittle.

@TheBetterHalf i know you are a tactic specialist adjusting to opponents... can you give me som hints? thanks a lot

Anyone can recommend me a good home tactic for a Seria B team? Preferably with 1 striker (poacher if possible) and more mids, cause I am lacking quality at the attacking phace, but I got some talent in mid - Crisetig, Donielli, Cicciretti, Petrucci.

What can I do so my team will get more shots on goal, we usually have 15ish shots but only like 3-5 on goal and struggle to win even though we control the match. Strikers are pretty decent (Fierro, Crouch, Sow, Jones) so I don't think that's the problem

Is there any way to make a CB go forward/join attack efficiently? (for example like what Vermaelen does with Arsenal)

Does your team have a high amount of long shots? This sounds like your forward(s) aren't getting the ball enough, you're keeping the ball but there's no killer pass, if you have 2 strikers make one drop deep to recieve the ball and set the other to poacher. If either are a target man remove it, or move it to your attacking midfielders. If you have one striker then set him to poacher, stop your midfielders running with the ball bar maybe one, use through balls are good, and make sure all that feed your strikers have 'mixed' passing, this will not limit them in the way they deliever forward the ball. You could also try letting your striker roam from position, this might mean he ends up crossing to an empty box but it also means that he will roam into space more.

One other little thing I train my strikers to do is chip the goal-keeper, it's a great get out when they run out of options, it also looks awesome. :)

Shrug, there's many options here, do the opposite to what YOU think should work, that's what I always try.

Morale issue

I had an 11 game unbeaten run and lost my 12th. All my players had top morale before that, but after that loss all had "Fairly poor" morale. I won 3 straight games since that loss and most of my players have still "Fairly poor" morale even though I praise them after each win.

Anyone know how this can be? Or what to do?

Assuming your on the latest patch? What was said in team talk after that loss and more importantly, what did you say in the press conf. after the game?

Ok, I've decided to manage chelsea, good tactic etc, but what I really need help with is the team talks, I always seem to have a negative effects and so does my assistant, And Team Talk guides? Or experts?

Is there a way of making a comment on aggressive styles of play after a game? I picked up 3 injuries to players and the opposition picked up 5 yellow cards where I picked up none. I feel it's frustrating to pick up injury's at the best of times and the game could be improved by commenting on certain players/teams aggressive play. It ruins the gme when you have a promising player but they keep getting injured

Match odds and players confidence is the main thing. I play with Tottenham and generally only get a response now if I'm demanding of the team. If the teams moral is superb or you are clear favourites then you can be more assertive with your team talk, especially if at home. If morale is low or odds are close or against you, then you need to be calmer or passionate. I find passionate works best with the 'I have faith' option and morale is good/fairly good. If morale is poor then it could be more advised to be calmer. When complacent be more assertive that you want a performance/win

What attribute affect young player's growth rate ? I have some theory myself but need someone to comfirm it .

Determination and the hidden attribute "Sportsmanship" affects growth rate i think.

I've never really understood it, what exactly does the "normal" wide-play setting do in contrast to the others?

Look at all the player settings as tendencys. À player asked to huge the touchline ( with the ball move) Will now be asked to do this mord often when dribbling, meaning that he is asked to cut Inside( with the ball move) less often. À player asked to move into channels ( off the ball move) iis then ordered to do this more often. " normal" just means that no wide play is favoured.

Ambition, determination( i.e overall personality )Will effect it. The players morale and form also effect the effort he puts into his training( match practice and on the training ground). À High stat in adaptabiliy Will help à foreign player settle quicker and Will thereby have à positive impact on his training.
