Sorry mate nothing to do with you but **** that. When the other team plays with 3 dms and 10 players inside the box AND the get an offside goal at the 1st minute there is a chance that the game is going to go bad.

We had 93 minutes to pick up the pace after the first min. You really expect a bottom tier championship side to not setup with 10 men behind the ball. Come on mate you have to give Wolves credit they defended extremely well. The game went bad because the players had zero urgency right from the get go. To start playing when it got to the 85th min is downright despicable. Blame the players mate. Not an offside goal.

Starting to think they're only employing ****-eyed linesmen for the games involving Liverpool.

But it evens out over the season right? Ha, get ******.

I'll post on the manager and his ****** up selection when I'm home but for as ***** as we've been January, **** poor officiating has cost us dear. Sunderland we win if Taylor doesn't give a bollocks free kick leading to the penalty equaliser. Utd we win if not for a ******** lino behind the play missing the offside equaliser. That has us 6 points behind Chelsea going into Tuesdays game. Southampton we have a blatant hand ball penalty missed and one cup goes. And today we have another missed offside goal and we're out of another cup. Was it a penalty on Woodburn? Looked a stonewaller. If it wasn't, why not book him for diving? Except it was Pawson who was a big a disgrace as the XI in red today.

Now thats not to absolve L'pool at all but it's massively relative to how this month has gone.

I see your point i am not saying that the players dont have their share of blame but the referees errors are getting ridiculous.

So in the space of a few weeks, Liverpool's season has been completely turned upside down and in my honest opinion, 10 points is a little steep when taking everything into consideration, so they're all but guaranteed another trophyless season. Is it acceptable? Who's to blame?

I've been ridiculed when I said say Liverpool lack quality in depth, but when Coutinho was out they didn't look the same team, and now he's back, Mane's out, and it's been arguably worse; they haven't got an answer for his absence either. Next season will be an almighty test with European football in my opinion. They need to get out the cheque book. And I don't necessarily mean a big marquee signing, I mean they need to strengthen the squad.

I also agree with the earlier point made, they need a recognised quality #9, that fits the bill. Sturridge looks a shadow of what he once was, it's either a ridiculous shortage of confidence (which would be ironic giving all his big talk), or an actual mental block somewhere along the line.

It's saddening what's happened to Sturridge. He's no longer good enough. Injuries have finished him. He's lost most of his pace and he can no longer pull away from defenders.

This season has got to have the worst officiating I've seen in English football for many years.

The Woodburn incident looked stonewall initially, but replays showed it was a dive. Poor play from the lad as he has no reason to go down! Only decision I think they got right today.

As for the decisions, not so easy to say it evens out when it goes against you is it, something we've said before.

Talking about decisions is beside the point, there are several sustained issues here. Confidence, squad depth and tactics. Not going to mention selection because this was far from full strength and can be debated as cup decision. But Liverpool need to deal with the other three long term. And two of them before Chelsea roll in

Space of a few weeks? More like the space of a few days. At the beginning of this week they were still with a chance of winning in 3 competitions now there is just the league to look forward to, and with Chelsea to play even that might be gone by the end of next week. Klopp hasn't become a bad manager over night (yes he has made some serious errors of judgement) but rather a lack of quality letting him down. Until the board realise that football is a squad game then I'm afraid to say the chase for the Premier League title will be a long time in coming.

Exactly, it's an unwritten fans right to complain when they're going against you. I'm not going to come in here and patronize you lot about how it will even out, because I know it's f*ing annoying when it's going against you. You're within your fans rights to moan.

In my language there is a say "coincidence that repeat itself it is a coincidence"

Not to be that guy, but I was already saying a year ago that you need to bin Sturridge while he can still be sold for more than a paper bag. Could've easily pull another Torres and sell striker with no legs for 40-50 mil. Instead you're now stuck with injury prone hasbeen on a massive contract.

Yeah from what I saw the tactical plan from Wolves and also Saints midweek was pretty solid if Klopp doesn't change it up tactically Chelsea will easiily be able to replicate the blueprint

It's not that anyone's figured out how to play this side mate. It's how this sides style has inexplicably changed. And that's the key issue that's underpinning everything. Formations / tactics can change but your core style you go with to what players you have the start the year sees you through. And we've gone from the fast paced, free flowing, interchanging side that was the best in Europe the late summer/ autumn, to the one now that's completely lacking confidence to do any of that. The passing is pedestrian. The movement's non-existent to the point of been static. The players are taking too many touches on the ball which in turn slows everything down and allows the opposition to get back into position. We aren't getting near enough the amount of bodies forward of late we were the first quarter of the season. The width has disappeared. And to compound it all, the fight has completely gone out of the side. Wolves, ******* WOLVES, were winning every 50/50 today whilst we **** out. We just didn't compete at all. There's no leaders right now among the senior players to be a Gerrard and get ******* gnarly with everyone. Players who want to WIN! Be a ******* man and take responsibility out there! We learnt quickly from Burnley the second game of the year and comfortably dispatched low block teams. But now, for some inexplicable reason, that's all stopped. Key injuries that would have decimated any top 6 side outside save for the two Manchester clubs haven't helped. But the whole change to our style of play is the key issue on the park. Teams aren't so much getting wise to us as L'pool have stopped believing fully/ doing their tried and trusted method. We need to get back to that and fast! Do that, and there's still plenty to go at the second half the year. Don't, and the season will become just a top 4 battle come Wednesday morning.

One thing I'm getting MASSIVELY ****** off with is foreign players/ managers devaluing the FA Cup. Utd ******* started this ***** when they took the disgraceful step to pull out back in 2000 using the FA as an excuse. And ever since, clubs have run with 'if it's all right for Utd ..... ' and devalued it. FFS, today meant EVERY bit as much as Tuesday and Chelsea does to US. You won't get many in the ground on an ugly day that today was weather wise saying they aren't arsed about the FA Cup. We LOVE IT! And the frigging manager, after turning around yesterday and saying he wouldn't make "10" changes, went and made NINE ******* changes and sent out a ridiculous side. Connor frigging Randall can't even get in our U-23 side on a regular basis. Where was Matip? We (rightly) make a big song and dance over the Cameroon/ FIFA bollocks, and then rest him after ONE frigging game! Yet again we have a midfield three I'd fancy my chances moving faster than. Outside of Firmino and Wijnaldum, who were both **** poor when they should of been senior leaders, you've not one player who'd be a first team regular if everyone's fit. If you're gonna' play the likes of Woodburn, Ejaria and Gomez, augment that with quality experience! Klopp got this one badly, BADLY wrong. And fair play to him, he's held his hand up, said it was utter *****, and accepted 100% responsibility for it. But it doesn't alter the fact Liverpool as a club devalued the best knockout cup competition in the World today. When there was absolutely NO need.

For all the talk of a lack of a winger. We have a replacement for Sadio. Just he's been injured until just before Chrimbo and is nowhere near fit. Sheyi Ojo. Someone by me mentioned Redmond today. Where would he of played this year? Mané, Firmino and Coutinho were undroppable every game until this slump. He wouldn't of gotten anywhere near the minutes he has for Southampton.

Utterly ****** off with a lot of things right now. I love Klopp to death but he can go do one this weekend after that side. The senior players who were out there can do the same. Not the youngsters. Gomez was shockingly bad but but it shouldn't be on the shoulders of a Gomez or a Woodburn. And Craig ******* Pawson can disappear off the face of the ******* Earth. Absolute disgrace that fella'.

We should of gone more or less the same side that played Wednesday for me to get some momentum for Tuesday. Now, everyone at the football club is completely down and I don't know how that confidence rises for that crucial game.

We're either waking up Wednesday morning right back in a title race. Or we're waking up with season that promised the Earth reduced to a top 4 place and nothing else.

I just hope I can go to sleep on Tuesday night to be able to face the only acceptable one of those options.

Oh, as a sidenote, why is it every set of complete bellends from absolute, deprived shitholes, sing loudest about 'Signing on' and 'L'pool slums?' Like Wolverhampton is all in gainful employment and living in palatial surroundings. Frigging think will yer dickheads before yers open yer ignorant grids!

Congratulations Wolves. Absolute abysmal bag of ***** L'pool.

To be fair to Daniel, both Wednesday night and today after he came on, he got himself into some terrific positions but the ball never got to him because our whole game has become that pedestrian nobody either seen it until it was too late, or they were too slow to get the ball to him.

He wasn't great in either game but I can recount a number of occasions both games he made some great runs pulling off defenders to be in space in great positions but never got found.

Difference between seeing his movement live with a view of the whole pitch rather than just what a TV screen allows I guess.

dont worry scouse its only a blip im sure klopp will turn it around and i bet twitter and the internet is in meltdown chin up ar kid

Also, this idea that over the course of the season ref mistakes will "even out" is nonsense. 40 odd games is not relevant enough sample size for anything to even out. Try 4000 games. And that would still only even out the spread of mistakes, which doesn't mean jack **** when one ref mistake can potentially win or lose you a trophy.

Let's say Leicester lose the title by a ref mistake. Would it "even out" eventually? **** no it wouldn't, because they most likely won't even have a chance to win another in the next 50 years.

*Chuckles. Ta mate. It's worryingly become more than a 'blip' and needs to end FAST! I'll be sound come next week.

As someones just reminded me this City is at it's best when we have to stand up and fight in the face of everything.

And boy do we have a massive fight Tuesday evening!

It's got to go the road of video refs or something like.

How the F do you not only not see the Wolves player move the free kick 10 yards or so forward into a more advantagous position, but then compound it by missing the offside? The lino isn't even running like the incompetent **** that cost us the game at United the other Sunday. He's stood still. Looking along the line. At a free kick!

i dont know about the internet having a meltdown 606 and the few pool fans thay have had on saying klopp is losing it had to turn it off b4 i broke something
