Yeah they were good, but Pellegrini getting exposed against big teams is non-news.

Many teams will this year mate with the continuing evolution of this side. The movement and bodies constantly coming at you from all angles. I just don’t know how you stop that however deep and packed you go. And that was a L’pool side that never got out of third gear and could have had double what they did.

Absolutely mad that you win 4 without getting out of third gear and yet your still fuming at Wythenshawes finest gobshite Anthony Taylor. AGAIN!

Aside from him being stopped from officiating L’pool/ Everton/ Utd or City games, as should be the case, the fella’ is just a rank bad, **** poor ref. About the worst out there for thinking the game is all about him.

Another F abysmal display from the worst official out there. Which is quite impressive given the woeful standard of English refs.

Yesterday was the best ive ever seen Milner play. Anyone who doubts Klopps coaching should look at Milners improvement at CM as an example. From a liability and a headless chicken in the middle of the park to performances like yesterday. Testament to Milner as well to learn a new position at his age.

Stay classy City.

Big hard lads at the servo from the safety of their car/ bus.

*Edit* NSFW!

This is the part of football I'll never like and sympathise with all footballers or ex footballers who receive this abuse every day and how hard it must be just to try ignore it constantly, when you are just casually trying to go out living your life.

I understand that rivalries are a key part of any sport and ultimately make it more competitive/exciting. But it should be left at the game and all the abuse is not part of the game.

Ultimately what I'm saying is, as much as I like the game, football fans are scum a lot of the time and have no respect whatsoever.

Indeed. You could pick 4 or 5 as MOTM but Naby was mine personally.

Absolutely unique two way talent. It got levelled that he’d never played in the PL when I mooted he was already one of the best the league in what he does. (World Class players are World Class players anywhere so I was quite happy to stand by that regardless).

Well now he has and ..... WOW! And that was Keita in first gear!

This lads gonna’ be more than worthy of the number 8 shirt.

Absolutely pathetic mate. People go the match and turn into bellends.

Why would you even think of abusing someone the street? Says it all about the individual.

Although the irony in them doing it from the safety of a vehicle isn’t lost on you. They’d of likely done a dart had Jamie walked over. Gutless gobshites.

Fair play to Gary Neville for admitting what we’ve seen from day one that he got van Dijk totally wrong.

Calling him a monster and comparing him to Jaap Stam dominance ..... High praise indead.

Looking forward to Big Shaq making him eat those words on him next haha.

Reminds me of Rio as they both have the same problem were they rely to much on their physical nature and lack concentration at times as the game is to easy for them at times. Marked improvements from VVD as being asked to be the leader at the back means he cant slack off.

Sergio went in oO)

Got to give it to Ramos he is a shithouse on the pitch and off it. Knows exactly how to rile up anyone.

He’s just a low life shithouse period.

I pray we pull Madrid out of pot one. Ramos. At Anfield. Under the European lights. Is ******* rite!!!!!

Joking aside, Wylies n absolute lowlife shithouse.

There’s a reason L’pool stopped players signing things after leaving Melwood and it’s down to that ****.
Yeah hes the reason why the club banned it outright. Ends up sending kids into traffic just to resell the signatures online.

******** move by Lovren there to not tell the club about his injury. Could've started his rehabilitation after the world cup final but has now left us short on senior CB options.

Preaume you’ve seen Klopp post-match by now on Degsy? Had it since before the WC with the club managing it through the end of last season and then the WC not helping in allowing him to see a specialist.

As so often in the mad World of L’pool twitter, a storm in a teacup over pretty much nothing
