I'm trying to use twitter to stay upto date with what the **** is going on... Failing epically. :(

EDIT: Any tips on who I should follow (I use twitter for LFC only)

Mostly, none of them. As Zeb was telling me, most of those who know stay quiet.

Id suggest a few of these:
https://twitter.com/#!/paul_tomkins
https://twitter.com/#!/luis16suarez
https://twitter.com/#!/FormidableRed
https://twitter.com/#!/LucasLeiva87
https://twitter.com/#!/TonyBarretTimes
https://twitter.com/#!/John_W_Henry
https://twitter.com/#!/LFCTS
https://twitter.com/#!/AnfieldIndex

You could follow more that have similar to those above but with that lot expect enough to keep you busy. Danny does spout a lot of stuff non lfc related but still has some interesting stuff

@duncanjenkinsFC - Very reliable, always seemed to get teams right, called martinez approach first and DoF with the hard to pronounce name :)

@GuillemBalague - Good for everything, rarely gets things wrong

@liam_tomkins - only just followed him, what i put last post was from him

@TonyEvansTimes - newspaper, liverpool fan..

@BMarshall9 if you want to follow me ;)

Thanks guys, added them all now! :D

Also, extra thanks for finding me Guillem Balague, been looking for him for ages just couldn't spell his name!

balague rarely gets things wrong...except for what he said about Kenny the other day...

Duncan Jenkins has said txiki has been approached and I've never known him to get something wrong involving Liverpool so far, we'll be interesting few days

I'm actually more excited about us approaching txiki than I am about us approaching Martinez. For the same reasons of change of managerial structure announced earlier in the thread, I still think AVB could work in that way. He seemed very enthusiastic about a 'new young project' when he was at Chelsea, is that not what we're going for???

If he is appointed then at least give him a chance. :)

If I can give Hodgson a chance, I'm sure I'll manage to give one to whichever poor sap gets installed this time round too. ;) Maybe he'll be great. But this is a high risk gamble again and I'm not sure we're in a position to make it just after sacking a manager for not getting 4th (again).

Wigan before Martinez: 06-10th 07-17th 08-14th and 09-11th.
And with Martinez: 16th 15th and 15th.

This is why I was optimistic about him, will give him support of it does happen, but it is not a good appointment

Can't see Pep taking charge-said he wanted a break from football didn't he? Capello would be a great appointment though
