Highest players at the club are on less than 220 and down, we restructured them all in 13/14

A lot of the makeup with them is incentive based.

Yeah came across something similar, but still if all incentive's "activated" he would be getting something like € 375.000 per week if the report was right.

Seeing as we're on this topic, interesting pic here. Pep has actually spent more since he started managing than Jose has in that time. This isn't a dig at Pep, btw - this is just pointing out how subjective Mourinho haters can be, whilst still kissing Pep's **** :D

Pep had to be under huge pressure if he don't deliver. Especially after his first season.
 
Only till he got to us, he was 100mil+ behind in 15/16 before our rebuilding job.. lol. - **** we're a mess
