United as expected, as are Liverpool. Both looking to win. Should be a great game.

Schooled? Apart from a dodgy penalty they didn't create anything apart from shooting from distance.

Young was very good in the first half, so was Shaw.
 
The high pressing system from Liverpool is killing United.

Attacking wise if they get past that Liverpool high line they have huge amounts of space and can cause trouble but you are relying on Young, Evans, Smalling, Jones and Shaw to get through that

as we assumed, fantastic attacking options but a poor defence
 
Hernandez and Fletcher set the tempo for us 1st 10 mins giving the ball away and missing that sitter, Hernandez has been extremely woeful! Fletcher looks tired after playing 90mins the other day LVG obviously don't trust Cleverley. Shaw been good since been on think Young has been our best player, Herrera meh ok I suppose and Rooney doing 2 mans work up top. We are missing Welbeck so much! Would sub Hernandez for Zaha!
 
Schooled me thinks not! Was a peno imo but that has been Pools real only chance in a half with hardly any goal action after Hernandez sitter. Pools high press has been good, we just need toup tempo of our passing a bit 2nd half.
 
Blackett has been very impressive, looks far more comfortable than any of our CBs in defense as well as in passing the ball.

Schooled might be harsh, but Liverpool were much better team, restricting United to 0 shots and bad possession. Second half is opposite situation, United is playing much better, nullifying their pressing and starting to keep the ball better.
 
Liverpools high press was always gonna tail off, happened so many times last season in games. Great comeback in 2nd half all subs made a difference. LVGs first trophy :)
