Dont see how you can call others comparisons laughable when you yourself have just admitted that you dont even watch the Brazilian League yourself and whatever knowledge you have of these two players is limited to a handful of friendlies. Ironic

Facepalm is infraction worthy, sigh.

I find it laughable that 2 persons who have rarely watched 2 players playing regularly are arguing who the better player is and FYI I didn't take part in your "Mine is bigger" competition.

I call any poster who compare players whom they haven't watched as "laughable".

Edit: By the look of things, if any club is linked with some Romanian/African club player or Qatar/Asian player, people here will pass their expertise opinion by reading few articles and will start arguing who the better player is. You don't even have to watch the player when you have few sites like whoscored.com and other stat sites.

Get over it. Only way you can put an accusation like that is when someone says something that is blatantly incorrect. Pretty sure most posters on here try to understand a player as much as they can through articles/videos/opinions of other experts before they share their thoughts on him.

Few rumors about Owen to Everton, would love it. His boyhood club and would be great if he can play for the club he supported.

Also Times running the story that we will bid 10Million for Baines. Sigh. From deal will be completed tomorrow, this week, no bid has been made to "Will make a bid".

Yeah I know. Just his Baines story is not going away at all. 10M,12M,16M,20M are the prices are used by the media and few journos are saying we didn't even make a bid, lol.

And for the record we are chasing wrong Everton player and Everton reaally owe us for Saha, Neville, Gibson ;)

Yeah it's going to go on and on an on....to the point where he'll be sick of the whole thing, as will all of us lol. £12 million could be slightly plausible as there would probably be future fees etc. And no-you're not getting Fellaini lol

If done I think it will be cash plus player on loan type of deal. Few rumors about Macheda are doing rounds on Twitter.

Will be interesting to see which CM player we will sign, if we sign one.
 
Manchester United have signed an international broadcast deal with Hamburg-based media rights agency UFA Sports to the Premier League team's upcoming pre-season tour.


United will play five games in total across three continents and over a three-week period from 18th July.


The tour begins in South Africa with a game against Amazulu, before taking in a trip to China to face Shanghai Shenhua, before United return to Europe to play Valarenga and Barcelona in Oslo and Gothenburg respectively.


Although figures have not been realeased, United can expect to make a significant six-figure amount through the deal with UFA Sports.

According to the Sunday Mirror Christian Eriksen and Ajax are in talks with two clubs, with reports saying Erikson wants a move to United or Barca. I don't know if this is a reliable newspaper but I don't think Eriksen is ready for a move away from Ajax yet as he still has a lot to learn there, maybe in a few years but not now hopefully.

I saw him say in interview this summer that best for him would be staying with Ajax for at least one more year. Really doubt he will be going anywhere this summer.

This is the squad for the first 3 games. I assume after that players who were involved in the euro's like Rooney and Welbeck will join up.
 
Good to see Blackett, Tunnicliffe, Lingard, Pertucci, Brady getting chances. Since we don't have any LB, Blackett is sure to play few games.

First 3 games will be full of youngsters, can't wait to watch how they perform with first team players.
Also hopefully Petrucci gets a chance to showcase his talent as he was very good for reserves and adapted really well playing deeper role. If not for injuries he would have got few games for first team.

Yep really think petrucci will get some 1st team footy this year and i think blackett could be quality LB aswell, shame cole missed out on squad.
