According to latest twitter rumor the fee has not been agreed. Either way not worried much. We have good enough winger who are young and entering their prime.

Yep we do that sometimes. That's how we discovered Great Dane, Van Nisterlooy, Ronaldo, Rooney, Fabio, Rafael etc, and most recently Hernandez.

I think he was implying that we take risks in the transfer market. Just because you hadn't heard of them, doesn't mean nobody had - I was excited when we signed Hernandez as I had seen him play once before and he looked lively on that occassion. Bebe though, was a complete unknown to most
 
As said by Shay Given, Bebe will have a hard time getting playing time at Besiktas. Their league position doesn't reflect the players they have. They have the likes of Quaresma and Simao and some other good offensive players.

How can you possibly say that, He is going out on Loan, You seen him play a few times. that is it. Let him have a real run, then we can judge him.
