The Manchester United Thread

That team, on paper, should dismantle Leicester. Easily.

However, United manager is named Jose Mourinho.

Assume the source thing was a joke, right?

Can't complain with that lineup, it looks like the most dynamic midfield United has had in years.

Having said that, Sanchez starting on the left again..... is very worrying. Mourinho persisting with that again this season and Martial will be in trouble again. I'm just hoping this is a one off, Martial needs to be starting on left with Sanchez on right. Why does he still insist with Sanchez on the left, does my nut in. Even if he performs well tonight, it isn't best for the balance of team going forward.

Maybe we could see Rashford and Alexis switching in the game. That would be good.

This is going to be a great season! Either things will click and United will do amazing, or in the other case, Mou will get sacked. Its a win-win situation.

Pogba turning up with his World Cup form.

See, I told you it's all about the hair.

Decent half all things considered, think Leicester have come back into it somewhat.

Nearly all our attacks have been ruined by Rashford. But pretty much what I expected first game of season and all things considered. Definitely some positives!

With the passing ability of Pogba/Pereiera/Fred, having Mata on the right is such a waste. Put Alexis on RW, Martial on the left, have some people who can make counterattacking runs for god's sake.
