The Manchester United Thread

OGS: "With Raphael looking like everything sorted, can see Axel going out. Phil Jones is due to start training over the weekend. Big plus for him. Great to see him ready to train again. Hope he gets some game time soon, either 23s or closed doors."

OGS: Amad is enjoying the Olympics. We will sit down with him when he comes back and make a decision with him (re loan).

Solskjaer about Raphaël Varane deal schedule: “The club is working on the quickest possible solution to get everything sorted. Of course, there is a visa coming into England, with Brexit and quarantining. Everything has to be done as quick as possible, but by the book”.

Anyone notice how much Donny filled out over the summer. Didn’t really notice till some posted a side by side pic on Redcafe. He’s noticeably filled out!

Solskjaer on Varane: "Very happy that we've managed to get a deal with Real Madrid. He is a proven winner. He is a player we have followed for many years. Sir Alex was very close to signing him. With him we have different ways of playing. We are looking at a couple more bits of business yes." #MUFC

Is it just me or clubs are moving much quicker this year than usually.

Just you r night Polish mate.

Utd have added two. L'pool one. (With one I believe waiting to be announced as soon as the quota allows.).

Apart from that, what other major PL moves have there been? Or Europe wide fro that matter?

It's telling that its the second pandemic window and everyone is being really cautious trying to get the last penny out of every deal.

A very good replacement for Casey Stoney! The club are putting right a lot of wrongs from last season with the women’s team. Carting from training expansion well under way for the women’s team to be fully integrated with there own pitches finished already and changing facilities well underway.

Lost some players that were not good enough and brought in 5 really good new additions so far. Only thing missing is a top forward to replace Tobin Heath and Christen Press.

New completed rail seating ready for new season.
