There are rumours saying he has agreed terms with City but there are also rumours saying he is happy to stay at Juve for another season along with the rumours that Ole wants to sign him, like you say all it's just that rumours until paperwork is signed and clubs make an announcement nothing is going on. It's the Media trying to get people to either buy their papers or click on their web pages.
