The Manchester United Thread

Varane was excellent, along with de Gea. Sancho, still a lot to go to get upto speed, which is okay. Our lack of control in midfield is quite a problem. A DM (Bissouma type) is pretty crucial, as Pogba is more effective in an advanced role and today, he was dropping too deep, and the link-up play was absent.

Pogba makes contact, for sure. Not sure if it was not given due to also touching and sliding off the ball. But either way, 3 points in the bag. Although, the play is still worrying. Let's see if it improves once more players are back to full match fitness.

Newcastle next at home with the home coming of Ronaldo. Boy OT is gonna be rocking. Hopefully a few more players will be up to speed also.

Need Mctominey back and a CM signed!

After 3 games last year we was 11th 🤦🏻‍♂️

Solskjaer on Ronaldo: "He's not signed to sit on the bench. He will make us a better team." On James: "There has been a couple of enquiries for some of our players. With the signing of Cristiano we might give less playing time to a few. Dan is a Man United player at the moment."

Solskjaer was asked about the possibility of Daniel James going. Said #mufc have received enquiries about players and that some could leave following Ronaldo re-signing. Still looking for a Midfilder
