I make that 10 games 2 Wins.... 2 Draws and 6 Losses, since the New Year. (Yes the Sunderland one counts because we effectively lost the game).

Absolutely awful, manager would be gone at most other bottom-half clubs let alone Champions.

Dont think it's toooo bad. Games against Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal were always going to be tough. Fulham game was perhaps excusable considering they parked the bus. Losses to Sunderland and Swansea were pretty unacceptable imo

SAF is partly to blame for this. He was a great manager, but he knew he was leaving soon and he never properly brought in a new team as he had done throughout his career. A new team should have been slowly introduced and faded in over the last 3 years.

Evra is old, Ferdinand is old, Vidic is nearly finished although still great when he's playing. Rafael is fine but perhaps not quite the player we need him to be (yet).

Carrick is old but still brilliant, Fletcher has a bed reserved at the local hospital, Anderson has not been good enough for years. Giggs? brilliant player, great legend, but let's not pretend he's good enough against the top teams anymore, maybe for the last 15 minutes or in a cup game and definitely behind the scenes he's essential but we need to be able to compete against other big teams.

Van Persie is brilliant, Rooney should have left when he started acting bigger than the club but that said is a very valuable asset on and off the field. Hernandes is a great player, he needs to be used more.

Wingers, Valencia has lost his consistency but is still a great player, Nani probably deserves to play more but he is somehow even less consistent than he ever was. Young is a good player for us despite what anyone says.

We are weak in every position on the pitch with loads of old players, a few young players who are not yet ready, and very little in between.

GK we're fine. We need a LB, personally I like Buttner and Fabio and there are more essential positions to be filled.

CB, Evans isn't great but is good cover and better than people give him credit for. Ferdinand should be dropped and left to a role similar to what Giggs plays now, Vidic still has a role to fill, Jones deserves a place in the first team.

CM, Carrick and Fellaini need to be played, they are the two best midfielders we have. Definitely need another player here though.

LM Nani/Young would work fine here, nothing special except on their best day but good enough.

RM Valencia/Zaha same as above.

ST we're fine here.

I personally think a massive culling of the first team is needed. Sorry for all the waffle

Wait until you play Liverpool at Old Trafford. If you lose that one then I think there will be a lot of people on Moyes' back. You could hear quite a bit of booing at full-time against Fulham the other night.

Fans have low expectations under Moyes, can't really blame them. Some say that was a good performance are forgetting this clubs philosophy, we play to win and not draw.

The only good thing about that result was because we are currently doing **** and performance wise it was like watching Everton go to the Emirates under Moyes.

All this quality in the squad, we still can't utilise due to the pathetic tactics. Last game against Fulham we had like 80+ crosses yet the 2 goals came from the middle. Kagawa, Januzaj, Rooney, Mata and we couldn't have any penetration through the middle and just cross cross cross cross cross, Moyes is playing a blinder.

The only thing I want out more than Moyes is the Glazers, which I'm hoping could happen if it gets too bad under Moyes. These idiots have cost us so much money through servicing debts, how they are getting away with it is beyond me.

Can't even talk about us offensively last night because we had next to nothing and so little desire.

What was more worrying was we had nothing to play for, so instead of playing without any pressure and take the game to Arsenal (who had lots to play for and should be under pressure) we played like cowards, defending deep and scared of Arsenal.

I don't see even a single positive in this ManUtd team and what Moyes has done so far.

The singular positive I can see is Rooney's been in excellent form this season.

Past that...

Glazers leaving United, hahahahahaha pull the other one. we make far too much money for them to ever crawl away. also this idea that we play to win all the time, well against the big teams that's been largely false for about 3 years

Exactly. The biggest game of the season in 2011/2012. Manchester City away on 30th April. We threw away the 8 point lead, whoever won would have seized the advantage and effectively the title.

Fergie recalled Park who no one had seen for two months to play in CM against Toure. Defensive mentality to try and get a point to remain top backfiring heavily. We didn't have a shot on target that game.

ADNAN JANUZAJ. Oh and Ole getting a job in England.

Januzaj, good point.

Ole getting a job in England - technically Wales - and doing worse than his predecessor? Aye, that's a great one!

Yeah this whole "we're United, we play to win" stuff is mostly bollocks. It's just that United have been one of the most successful clubs over the past 20 years with an attacking but occasionally pragmatic manager. It's not ingrained in United's culture to be all out attacking constantly like, say, passing and ball retention is for Barcelona, it just so happened to turn out that way.

Haha true technically Wales. But Ole has come in to a no-lose situation... if he keeps them up... he will have enhanced his reputation. If they get relegated, the fingers will be pointed at Tan mostly.

Why does everyone keep using Fergie's later years as an excuse? A new manager has come in and it's down to him to make his mark on the current team, quite simply he hasn't.

I'm pretty sure we were mostly always attack-minded under Fergie, this is a guy who was the creme de la creme though... even when he may of changed slightly in the last few years it was still amongst success.

I did say 'the only thing I want more' is them out... never said it was realistic. But how they are getting away with it is disgraceful...

Spot on. You play to your strengths. We haven't been consistently an exciting team to watch since 2009 when Ronaldo and Tevez both left. Two key players in a fluid 4-3-3 set up. My view is Ferguson in his latter years didn't want to deal with the "attitude" of talented but young and unproven players so didn't want to splash the cash. For this reason we missed out on Hazard, Lucas and also chose to not use Pogba as they had baggage which would unsettle a dressing room potentially. Players like Valencia, Young, Chicharito, Smalling are not the talented individuals you'd associate with a top United team but they had the desire and determination to improve themselves and focus on the role given to them.

When we turned down players because of demands most supporters heralded the fact we were not getting bullied like the rest. "The United Way". Wayne Rooney was the only player who we bowed down to in 2010, and I only think this was the case because there was a strong belief he'd go to City. Now Moyes is stuck in a position where the team needs added quality and everyone wants Reus, Vidal, Kroos. He'll have a vision of which players he wants in his system. The summer will be huge.

What's wrong with Glazers anyway. Would you prefer russian crime lord or 15th son from oil dynasty that keeps slaves?

Tyton.. is that a honest question... what is wrong with the ******* Glazers?

Didn't you see the banner lately at Old Trafford ?600m reasons to leave.. or however they worded it.

because there is a pretty obvious reason why he didn't always attack in his later years, because the side wasn't up to snuff again the very big teams. It happens to be the side we've inherited

Oh back to the bad squad thing again... suprise suprise. Come on then.. explain to me the tactical genius of 80 crosses against bottom club Fulham when you have players like Mata, Rooney, RVP, Januzaj etc etc.

Not only this Mike, he had 3 months to make a good CM addition to the squad.... don't start telling me no one was available please.
