Yeah true. But not seen everyone reporting it at the same time just before the next day headlines come out around half 10. Someone’s leaked/Breifed something.

It would have been a huge statement if Madrid made an offer and he chose to renew. Not renewing when he has nowhere else to go.

He's been renewing for a year. And turned down the chance to move two years ago. Madrid have known for ages he wasn't going their way. Hence nothing this window or leading into it.

if you are referring to his world cup performance then you have to bear in mind the harmony in the spain squad was messed up just a few days before it began.players were bound to be affected,just look at the way he performs on a weekly basis

They also play a different system. And they haven't worked on the partnerships between him and the CBs

Callum Gribbin was called up to the first team squad today. And Demi Mitchell could be going out on loan again.


1-0 Utd. Great work from Buffonge to break up Villa attack. Chong drives forward then slots in Buffonge who slots home via a deflection. Villa attack from the kick off get a lucky break in the box and a deflection loops over the keeper 1-1 after 10 mins.

If anybody wants to fall out of love with football just watch out u23s! ******* terrible.... it’s like Moyes and LVG rolled into one. No particular style. One min hoof ball one min crab football then just aimlessly crossing ala Moyes v Fulham. If this is supposed to be the next step in preparing them for the first team, then this lots got no chance! This is honestly our most talented pool of players in many years. And it’s just dire. I honestly don’t know what Sbragia does in training!? All he does is copy LVG and right notes for 90 mins.

Should of of been sacked after getting relegated! If he doesn’t get promotion this season with this group of players he wants banning from anything to do with football ever again!
 
2-1 Utd Gomes Peno after Chong being brought down after skinning to players. Figured out Sbragia plan. Give it to Chong or Gomes hope they can beat 3/4 players alone and create something. Rinse and repeat!

Barlow off Whelan on 59 mins gone.
Bohui off Burkart on 67 mins. Gomes nearly makes it 3 with a great effort crashing the bar.

3-1 some great link up play between Gomes and Chong on the right. Tanner drills in a low cross and Burkart tools it into the top of the net with a good side foot glance at the near post.

Finished 3-1. Comfetable score ***** match. Some positives RoShaun Williams and Lee O’Connor were great at the back but hate O’Connor playing LB. Whelan came on and got us some control and much needed balance in CM. Buffonge looked tidy and always trying to get us going forward. Burkart was class when coming on with his pace, movement and finish.

Stand out performers were Gomes and Chong. Really took a hold of the game and ultimately won is it. Had there defence on toast. And Gomes has really started to enforce himself on games.

Has to be said Mourinho's press conference today ahead of Brighton was great, defused the media agenda and done it professionally. All this Pogba bollocks can be put to bed once again.

line up against pool u18s. Good game so far Pool dominated the first 10 hitting the post. But the last 12 Utd have took over creating some good chances. Good talent on show both sides!

0-0 HT. pretty even game very few chances created. And both teams pressing really high.

1-0 Utd. Great corner deep from Puigmal. Dishon Bernard towers and rifles his header home. First goal for the club. Great start to second half pressing and creating chances. Pool getting frustrated and committing lots of fouls, couple players booked.

Laird clears a Glatshel header off the line. Great defending.

What a goal!!!! Great play by Garner in CM plays a lovely ball to the flank for Williams who slots it to Traore to cut it back for Greenwood to slot home. Great team goal. Pool can’t cope this half.

Ramanzani off for McGwe. Ramanzani still feeling the defects of a nasty tackle mins earlier.

2-1. Glatzel pulls on back after Puigmal gets caught out of position leaving space. Then nearly 2-2 great save from Foijticek after Nico Williams effort. Mins later Sharif sent off for a second yellow and high challenge.

Wtf 3-1 Utd but wrongly ruled off for offside. Great ball from Garner to Greenwood though.

Finished 3-1. Crazy last 10 with them scoring and 1 red for each team. Then us getting a peno last min which Garner scored to make it 3-1. Utd better team. Traore, Garner controlled the game especially second half. And Elanga and Greenwood were always a threat going forward. Laird and Dishon beasts at the back. Puigmal doing a good job at RB despite being a AMC.
