Oriol Domenech who is Barca go to guy in the media shot it down pretty much straight away. Did confirm we enquired but never actually made a bid as Barca flat won’t let him go. Also about to sign a new 6 year deal making him the most expensive paid teenager in world football.

No way. Deals don't happen so cut and dry as depicted. A club won't make a bid unless a. it'll be accepted. b. to put pressure on the selling club and c. unsettling the player. Fati doesn't fit any of these scenarios, that's a load of tosh.

Basically all a storm over nothing last night, people said the bid hadn't even been made despite Sky reporting it initially which set it all off.

Here is basically how I see the final few days in three aspects: -

1) Good - Sancho, Jovic on loan, Telles.

2) Mediocre/bad - Telles, Cavani on loan

3) Bad/Terrible - Telles and/or no one.

It annoys me how Pogba always gets a free ride (yeah I understand he MAY be behind on fitness), but if so then why keep playing him and getting bad performances.

Having said all that, Lindelof was nowhere near as bad as first game.
