LUKE FEDORENKO has been promoted to Head of Academy Recruitment as part of a restructure at Manchester United.

Fedorenko has been with the Old Trafford club for more six years. He joined in February 2017 as Academy Lead Scout (9s to 11s) and became Head of Local Recruitment in July 2021.

Prior to this he worked for Sheffield United alongside Nick ***, who is Manchester United's current Academy Director. Fedorenko was Head of Development Centres and Academy Coach and then Head of Academy Recruitment 7s to 16s for the Blades, while *** was their Academy Manager.

The restructure sees Dave Harrison, who had been Head of Youth Recruitment since January 2017, move to a new role focusing on emerging talent across Europe.

The changes were announced to United's Academy staff this morning. Some departures are also expected to be announced in the coming days.

Also happy AWB is getting a new deal. Despite being one of his critics since joining. His level of improvement last season was very good in all aspects. And what I’m seeing in pre season. It’s gone up another level in the final 3rd technical and link up wise. Happy with him and Dalits improvements under ETH. Shock horror players improving with a good manager and coaching staff!

ETH has brought in 2 coaches who he worked with in Germany and Holland to work at u21s and u18s level. To help mimic the style and principles of play. To help with the transition to the first team.🤩

I want them gone but that’s not totally true. We can still win things with them in charge. As long as Arnold, Murtaugh, ETH are left alone to the football side of things.
you really think thay will leave them alone cos i dont and thay have never done so in the past

Well so far it seems so. Things have been a lot better since Woodward and a load of top people at the club left last summer

Pavard would be an absolute top signing!

Hojlund to be got for Arsenal match club have announced

Greenwood coming back

So 30 million for Maguire, not to bad. That's only 60% loss on his transfer. I highly doubt both DVdB and McTom are going to leave, so whoever goes first, I think that's gonna be it.

So...
People are talking about Maguire out and Pavard/Todibo in.

Should I be excited, or is it just the usual b.ollox?

Lots of tier 1 people are saying that United accepted and contract wont be an issue. So it might be done by now, who knows.
I would hold my horses regarding Pavard/Todibo.
