I mean it's a free country. Nobody is forcing them at gunpoint to return to training, just don't expect a paycheck at the end of the month.
 
Neville and Souness have a point though, PL are handling it about as good as they handle...well everything else. Inconsistent decisions, lack of communication, no coherent messaging, complete chaos basically. They just make **** up as they go along and hope it all turns out okay.

In the event of a curtailment of the season, the EFL Board says league tables to be determined via unweighted points per game (PPG) and Play-Offs to remain in every division to determine the final promotion place.
