Sign him and treat him well, let his confidence build up and when he thinks he's got what he wants... hid a spring with a knife in his locker!.

SEPTEMBER

This month was pretty good! We picked up the Spanish Super Cup and had some great league results as we came up against Real Madrid, Sevilla and Barcelona.

A lot of squad rotation took place during the month as my players are tired - presumably after the World Cup - and Ortega cant seem to play 2 games in a row so I will send him away for a few weeks rest next month as we have easier fixtures.

I also agreed to sign a player in January - you will just have to wait and see who lol!

A fantastic win to really get the season going. We fell behind but recovered well to take the points.

This was a great result and it couldve been more as Vazquez missed a penalty! I will play my youngsters in the reamaining group games now.

Another game versus Sevilla and another win!

Ortega needed a rest so sat out this game while Javi Martinez also missed out. Believe it or not we were 2nd best throughout this match but got the lucky breaks required - Ruffier got a rating of 8.6 so that shows how good Granada were.

This was Ortega's last game before I rested him for a few weeks but we were without Bernal and Herrera this time! The game was dull and boring until Neymar got a straight red card for them which allowed us to really dominate the game although Barca had a late goal chalked off.

I see your reasoning but I will stay with Spain for the following reasons -

1. To see how long I can stay unbeaten with them (59 games so far)
2. To see if I can get a squad of 21 Basque players there on merit (not 23 due to 2 other goalies). 16 was the most I got in FM12
3. As Spain manager it is easier to search for the new Spanish regens as they all show up when you go to player search.
4. When I do the pentagon challenge or another story I will country hop like a country hopping thing! lol

OCTOBER

We just keep on winning! Had a few cup games where I played the youngsters and the league fixtures werent too tricky either as we end the month 3pts clear with a game in hand.

We also got another foreign affiliated club in the shape of Ergetolis from Greece.

NOVEMBER

Win after win after win - thats the way it has been for us so far this season and we kept that going this month although we did have easy fixtures including 2 derbies to play.

Off the field I arranged another 2 transfers for January so 3 new players will be arriing now for a total of £16m. Wait and see folks.............

Finally Atletico Madrid sacked Frank de Boer and appointed Neil Lennon as their new manager. Villanova and Mourinho are still at Barca and Real by the way.

DECEMBER

Another month goes by with us having a 100% record in all matches played. As mentioned previously I love December in the Spanish leagues as you generally get nice easy fixtures in which to play your young starlets and this month was no different!

Cup wise we won the Club World Cup and have been drawn against Lyon in the Champions League. Real Sociedad await in the Copa del Rey providing we dont lose the 2nd leg against Celta Vigo 6-0!!!!

Next update you will see my new signings!!!!!!

This was Bueno's first game back after his long injury and he came back in style - I played Artola as a CM. We were 5 up at half-time hereand finished the group with 28 goals after 6 games!

Doing amazing how many games have you won in a row? Is it a record, My Man Utd team always seem to have to get thrashed at least once every two months!
 
hey i am nearing the end of my 1st season at spurs and i want to bring through british talent, but will have to do this after 2nd season beacuse i have Destro coming in..what advice can you give me when i am searching for young British players
 
Unbeatable. You are going to win everything this year and probably have an unbeaten season as well.
