Great and detailed updates! Macheda is always legendary when I have played in England, and can get him on the cheap sometimes at the end of the season!

Nice and easy to read, which always help!

what a month! And result against newcastle , with leicester i kept them out and drew but winning, well done ! Automatic promotion !

Cheers for the comments guys :D No interrest in Maynard yet but come jan id say a premiership team will come in for him!

Hopefully get the next update done later for all those following :D

November Update

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 16
Notts Forest 0-1 Bristol City
Goals: McCourt (29)
Sent Off: Gunter (62) McGugan (74)
MOM: Muamba

A great win against top of the table Forest. They had two men sent off but even when they had 11 men we still dominated. A great team display capped by a McCourt wonder goal.

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 17
West Brom 1-4 Bristol City
Goals: Slory (52) Elliot (22) Boyd (35) McCourt (38) Macheda (47)
MOM: McCourt

What a result! This is probably the best result and performance since I have been here. We totally outplayed the baggies and where 4 nil up away from home :O I hope we can take this performance to the next game where we play 3rd placed Sheff Utd.

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 18
Bristol City 1-1 Sheff Utd
Goals: Carey (77) Evans (9)
MOM: Carey

A match in which we didn't even deserve a point. Sheff Utd where by far the better team but captain marvelous came up and earned us a point with a bullet header. In the end up we are delighted with a point.

Bristol City have been given an away trip to Shrewsbury in the FA 3rd Round. Shrewsbury have had to beat Kiddiminster and Grimsby to get this far while this is Bristols first game in the competition.

Player of the Month: Muamba

Muamba has been nothing short of brilliant this month and fully deserves the award after his hard work in the middle of the park. Pat McCourt also deserves a mention as he was a very close second.

We had only three games this month but they where all against teams with promotion ambitions. We headed into the month saying 6 points would be great and we have managed to get 7 so we are delighted. This keeps the unbeaten run going :D We have a very long December month coming up and we will need all squad members to be focused and ready if we are to continue our good form. We our currently top of the league after beating forest and the whole team wants to keep it that way.

some great result there mates and some amazing signings.keep up the good work and a fantastic layout the best ive seen

Cheers lads the comments keep me going :D Hopefully the same success as the last one as well!

Although Bristol City are a rival I still hope you go up :P

December Update

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 19
Bristol City 2-1 Ipswich
Goals: Boyd (52) Macheda (64) Walters (60)
MOM: Boyd

A good solid home win to please the fans. We played some good attractive football but Ipswich also caused us a few problems. Another 3 points on board and we move on!

Macheda hit the winner

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 20
Leicester City 0-2 Bristol City
Goals: Boyd (.6) Maynard (66)
Sent Off: Oakley (35)
MOM: Boyd

A great away performance and another victory on the road. Boyd is really on top form at the minute and long may it continue. We have had a very good start to a tough month and we must carry the momentum on to the next game.

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 21
Doncaster 0-1 Bristol City
Goals: Macheda (19)
MOM: Muamba

The momentum is really with us at the minute that is 3 wins from 3 this month against good opposition. Macheda took his goal brilliantly and rumor has it Sir Alex is looking him back due to an injury to Berbatov :'( lets hope its a rumor!

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 22
Bristol City 0-1 Reading
Goals: Hunt (11)
MOM: Fabio

A disappointing result that we our gutted to lose due to the mind games in the press before hand. Fair play to Reading they came and took the game to us and got what they deserved. we must bounce back.

Match winner Hunt

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 23
QPR 0-0 Bristol City
MOM: Hill

A really poor game in which neither teams can complain. QPR probably had the better of it but didn't really threaten to much. That is 2 games without a win now and we need a response.

A missed opportunity

Coca Cola Championship Match Day 24
Bristol City 1-0 Watford
Goals: Boyd
MOM: Macheda

A good response but we are disappointed we didn't add more to our tally. Still the 3 points keep us on top of the pile and looking good.

Player of the Month: George Boyd

Boyd has been brilliant this month and fully deserves his award. He is proving to be one of the signings of the season at the minute and we hope it continues.

What started as a great month for us ended in a ok month for us. We are still top of the table but as you can see it is very very tight between the top four. Hopefully we can hang on to all our players in the window and maybe add a new face but with only 100k in the kitty I cant see much happening in the window.

Its getting tight at the top! Still, confident you should be there at the end with the players you have got!

Yeah hopefully I can hold on to them all!

Basso leaves Bristol City

Bristol City have told sky sports that experienced goalkeeper Adriano Basso has left the club to join Doncaster for 5k. The goalkeeper had been unhappy at Ashton Gate form some time now and had been looking to leave. Bristol City are unlikely to be looking for a replacement as Basso made one appearance all season.
