What a shocker! I don't no what was wrong with us today! We where nervous all over the pitch ! This result opens the league up completely. We now must dig deep more than ever!

a great response to the hammering we got the last day out. Clarkson came in and was superb scoring a great hatrick. Hopefully this results puts us back on track. We also secured a play- off spot with this win.

Managers View

The league table could not be tighter with the top 3 teams all on 85 points. we now must find that bit extra. We where in a good position but got hammered by Forest at home which blew the promotion race open again. we have four games left of the league and they must be four cup finals! We secured a play off spot with our last win so we must go flat out for the title!

(I only did a short month this update as i forgot to take a screen shot of the league in the last update)

Wow didn't see that with Nottingham Forest coming,
but at least you bounced back, thats the sign of champions

Every thing went against us today. We hit the woodwork 4 times in the first half then conceded the softest penalty I have seen all season!

We controlled the game then when we looked like winning the nervous got the better of us an we allowed Hooper in to score. We now must win both our remaining games to have a chance of automatic promotion :(

:( I think we are losing the plot! A woeful display which Derby fully deserved to win. This result means we have to settle for the play-offs as we are 4 points behind Forest in second with only one game left. We managed to mess things up! We must not be to down as we have to start focusing on the play-offs! This win takes Derby into the top 6!

A really really poor finish to the season! We now have to be content with a play-off spot when a few weeks ago we looked nailed on for automatic promotion. We can not be to down heartened tho as we must rise again for the semi final. We have one last meaningless league game where I will be resting players then its down to business!

Managers View

We are still gutted about missing out on automatic promotion and the title but we have to move on quickly as we have two massive games against Newcastle. We will be the underdogs but we will have to be focused and believe we can go through. ​

Ano but will try and bounce back but Newcastle will be very difficult.

Hopefully get to play the play offs tonight and get them updated :D

Glad you like it mate. Yeah no bother am a big fan of your AC story you had a great season.

Sorry have not had the chance to get the play off updates started lads will hopefully have them done tonight or tomorrow morning :D

A very very disappointing result for club. We came to St James and tried to stop Newcastle playing. We did that for the most part apart from a Guthrie screamer from a free kick. We would have taken 1-0 down and been confident of turning it round at home. But then the killer blow as both teams where settling for the result a long ball into the box landed on Andy Carrol's head and finished in the back off the net :( At 2-0 down we only have a slight chance of turning things around. It was a poor performance from us today but we still have to keep believing and put in a performance in front of our fans back at Ashton Gate next week.

What a game and a performance. I am still buzzing :D We played so well today and should have won in normal time but hit the post in the last minute. Should have won in extra time but allowed Jonas in to score late on but we managed to do the job in penalties!
Macheda was superb today and he really will be a top top striker for Man Utd in the future. We are over the moon at turning around a 2 goal deficit. Everyone had already wrote us off and that is when a team is at its most dangerous. We now must prepare for a massive Play Off final game.

What a feeling! We have done it! We will be playing in the Premier League next year. I cant even remember to much about the game but we owe a lot to Sir Alex for letting Macheda join us this season as he has been the main man an he was again today :D We will be celebrating this result long into the night :D
