Thanks very much mate. Very appreciate it. Yeah i am definetly going to see what i can do with them in the Spl but after that you never know. Haha well il do all the league updates in my next post :P
 
May Update

This is the final update of the season. Going into the final month Ross County were already Champions. We only had two games to play so this will be a update mainly of screenshots of awards ect... So, to the games.


Raith 1-0 Ross County: Just off the back of winning the league in a 7 goal thriller. Legs were tired and deserved the defeat.

Ross County 4-1 Inverness: THis really sumed up our season. We won games in style with goals. Couldn't ask for more from the players. Love beating arch rivals caley but to score 4 was just rubbing it in.

Well.. What a season. The best in this clubs history by far. I started the season with the objective of staying in the league. To not only exeed that but to win the league is just a miracle really. The credit goes to the players, fans and the strong backing of the board.

After everyseason there has to be awards. First of all the club awards:

Pre Season Update

Ross County are prepearing for the biggest season in their clubs history. The small highlanders are looking forward to playing in Scotland's top league for the first time. Ross County were obvious favourites to go back to the first divison but they will enjoy visting places like Park Head and Easter Road. Ross County's victoria park is not the right size for the Spl so they have to use their feirce rivals, Inverness Caley Thistle's Stadium. If Ross County were going to stay in the Spl they had to strengthen. Expierence was laking so that is what Derek Adams looked for in his signing. The other players were young players who could become key first team players in the future.

Some other young signings for Ross County that will try to break into the team as soon as they can.
We had only three friendlys and the players to score for us were all on trial(other than dickov). I was looking to sign all of them but i couldn't afford there wages.
We also had our league cup first round game to play.
Annan 0-2 Ross County - Goals from new signings Febian Brandy and Graham Alexander.

I am very happy with this pre season. I might try get a few more players in depending on wage budget.

Our first month in the Spl, we are just looking to get as many points on the board as possible and gel as a team. In the first two months i am happy for us to just try and get fitness to where it should be and as many wins as possible. We also had our scottish league cup second round game to play. Here are the results:
League, League Cup, Scottish Cup, Goal Scorer

Aberdeen 3-0 Ross County - Not the start we wanted in the Spl. But we played some nice stuff and its only the first game.

Ross County 1-1 St Johnstone - First home game and first point. Played well and happy with a point.
Richard Britian

Ross County 4-0 Cowdenbeath - Really happy with the win and lots of goals. Three of them by new players which is good for confidence.

St Mirren 3-2 Ross County - Slightly disapointed because we were 1 up. We did well to score a second after a lovely move. We are getting there. Just need it to click.

I have enjoyed our first month in the Spl. I good point at home and hopefully the win will come soon. The team is still trying to gel and we are nearly there.

Player of the month - Ian Vigurs: Had a strong month and scored a brilliant indivual goal against St Mirren.

We have not really settled in the Spl yet but it has been a hard second month in Scotland's top league. We are here to enjoy ourselfs and playing at a high level. The good news is that we are not bottom and we are going strong in the scottish league cup.

Here are the results from september:

Ross County 0-1 Dundee United - A game where we can take lots of positives from. A 61st minute goal from David Goodwillie was what seperated the teams.

Hibernian 3-0 Ross County - A game we were never in and beaten by a good team. The worst thing was ex caley midfielder Johnny Hayes scored.

Hearts 3-2 Ross County - League cup third round; So disapointed that we were in the lead twice and we didnt win this. A late goal by the jambos was what settled it. But this was our best performance of the season.

Ross County 0-3 Celtic - We were taught a footballing lesspn by the champions.

Manager Views - The cup game against hearts was very good. I am glad that the team is starting to click and hopefully we will get more wins and points on the board. Well, at least we're not Hamilton.

Other News - Ross County picked up Lee Carsley on a free transfer. The english premier league is looking very surprising after 7 games.

October

October was definetly Ross County's best month since entering the Spl. They managed their first win of the season and are sitting two places above the relagation place which is what they could ask for. The bad thing about the month was that the Staggies had a lot of injurys so the starting eleven was changing a lot.

Ross County 3-2 Kilmarnock - Our first win of the season. We deserved it playing some lovely football and scored three good goals. Including a 35 yard screamer by Graham Alexander.

Ross County 2-2 Hamilton - Slightly disapointed that we didn't take all three points but a point is a point.

Motherwell 1-0 Ross County - This a okay result. To only conceed one was a bonus. I feel we deserved a point.

Hearts 3-1 Ross County - We didn't play the way we could and the result tells you that.

Ross County 0-1 Rangers - To only conceed one against the old firm was exellent. They didnt play the best i think they can play.

Manager Views - This was a very enjoyable month in the Spl. WE got our first win and are not bottom which is a plus. The team is starting to gel and we are starting to score a lot more goals now.

Club player of the month - Paul Di GIacomo; He has got his first two goals of the campain this month and hopefully he will continue to score as he did to get us into this league.

Hibs are doing well :O in mine they always finish bottom half 1st season and fighting relegation next, unless im managing them, i love them to much to let that happen :P

November Update

November was another very enjoyable month for Derek Adams and Ross County. Only defeated once and scored 6 goals in 5 games. They finish the month two places above the relegation zone which is a great place to be going into the festive period. Hard work has got Ross County where they are but they are far from safe yet and there are loads of points to be won, and lost yet.

Ross County 2-2 Aberdeen - This is a great point really. Aberdeen are a strong side and we need to get as many points at home as we can.

St Johnstone 2-2 Ross County - Another 2-2 draw and a good point. Really good performance from young Febian Brandy, who is playing very well.

Ross County 1-0 St Mirren - This was a must win in my opinion and we deserved it. A really good performance. We showed that we can grined out results if needed and it puts us in a really good position.

Dundee United 4-1 Ross County - Our really good month and four match undefeated run came to a end. We were beat by a very good team. Febian Brandy scored again which is a positive.

Manager Views - This has been a very good month for us. We had a lovely 4 game undefeated run and i am very happy with the amount of goals we have been scoreing. Febian Brandy has had a cracking month and i hope there is more to come from the you ng lad. We are in a very good positon in the league that i am very happy about.

Player of the month - Febian Brandy had a really good month scoring 3 goals in 4 games. The youngster has been the flairy player since ariving from Man Utd and i hope there is lots more goals to come.

Breaking News​
It was today anounced that Celtic Football Club have approched Ross County's Derek Adams to take over as manager of the Glasgow giants after Tony Mowbray left to Tottenham. Derek Adams who is a legand at County has got them into the Spl and is trying to keep them in the league but if he was to go to top of the league Celtic He would be managing a team in the last 16 of the Champions league. It is reported that Derek Adams has asked to delay the deal for a week. What will the young manager decide.


So, should i stay or should i go?​

After Derek Adams decided to delay his decison he had to think about his next game for the club he really is a legand at. How fitting that his next game was a away game to none other than Celtic. It was almost certant that Adams would be leaving the staggies and that this would be his last game for the club. So.. in his last game how did he do. Well they were not expecting a win but he once again put out a attacking hard working side.​

Celtic 4-2 Ross County - To score two against the best team in the league is a plus. We were never really going to get anything out of this game and i hope the fans will remember me for putting on a attracktive attacking style of football.

It was all more certant that Derek Adams was on his way out when at the end of the game the County legand bowed down on front of the away fans and was very emotional. After the game the legand of Ross County had this to say:
I love this club. They are fantastic fans and we have been through so much. I am so glad i have spent a lot of my career here. What we have acheived is almost unbelievable and none of it would of happend without the fans. I hope they respect my desision to try and further my managerial career. I really hope that one day i will come back to this club that I love.​

I am deciding to try write the story slightly differntly. There will be news reports and a diary like also. If this does not work and people do not like it I will go back to the old way.

I entered the stadium that they called ''Paradise.'' I walked down to the managers office and sat on the chair by the desk. I had a talk with Mark Venus and we both agreed that we had different plans and that he didn't need to be here. I was then on the look for a new assistant manager. First i had to go have a look at the players and I noticed that the players were not as physicaly fit as I would like. I think that Mr Tony Mowbray let them off with far to much and their will be no partying or clubing as long as I am here. I then got out and drove down to Celtic's state of the art training facilities where i was going to meet my staff and players. Straight away I noticed the quality players at this club if i didnt know about them already.
Milan Badelj - The clubs top goalscorer this season and is not even a out and out striker.

Aiden Mcgeady - Everyone in Scotland knows about Aiden and it is clear why. He will be a very important player for us.

After a day at training with the players I feel that we already have a good understanding. I have a hard Job on my hands. My targets are obvious. I told the players that winning the league was vital. I then told them that getting any further in the champions league this year would be a bonus and that is in my long term plans. I hope in Jaunary i will be able to sign and sell the players that i want to. This is what the league looked like when i joined the Hoops.

Celtic 1 - 1 Aberdeen - I think the players were still getting usto the way i want them to play. Will be looking for three points next time. Milan Badelj

Killmarnock 2 - 4 Celtic - Good three points and four good goals. Disapointed that we have conceeded three in my first two games but we are having to play our third choice keeper.
Marc - Antoine Fortune, Stephan McManus, Marc Crosas, Moussa Dembele

Hearts 2 - 2 Celtic - Again we conceed two and threw away a win. Maloney missed a penalty.

Celtic 1 - 0 Rangers - A massive win in my first old firm derby. What a atmosphere. You dont realise it until you are truley there. It was great to be involve in it.

I am loving life as the manager of Celtic and hope that the players have geled now. Hopefully i will make some signings in January that will strengthen the squad. After my first 5 games with Celtic this is how the league looked.
