Under Pressure 14.2

well i got say what a fantastic tactic as soon as i saw 4-2-4 i had to download it and give it a blast for my Newcastle side who would relish this.

i would show some screenshots but for some reason it won't let me but so far i have played 12 games ( not including cups ) winning 9, drawing 2, losing 1.

i think what makes me love this tactic is similar to what i create back in the past and that's 1 tactic to rule all instead of switching to different tactics to counter the oppositions.

hats off to you mate for a fantastic tactic and no doubt you will get voted as a top tactician creator for FM 14.
 
Awesome tactic pal,absolutely dominating,just abit frustrated that my strikers are not scoring at all,all my goals coming from wings and corners,any suggestions?
 
like what joeysheader said, will it spoil the tactic if one of the strikers were changed?

they ar defensive forwards, they aren't supposed to be top goal scorers, imagine a more defensive F9. They pretty much clear the way for others to score. You could change on striker to DLF and the other to AF, see how that goes.

Not sure mate :S I've heard if you switch tactics mid game then the instructions don't copy over correctly :s

you got the wrong tactic creator, i am very much still in business, but the tactic creator for this thread is leaving :P
 
The fire was a little bit out of the Bomb tactic , so i decided to try this one .
My 3th game with this tactic :

I'm not leaving, just don't think next patch will be heavy on M.E. changes from what I have heard. Hence this should hopefully be my last tactic for FM14.


If the M.E. changes drastically I'll be back.

Can't seem to score with Shakhtar using this tactic. I'm giving up on this game tbh.

give your strikers time to adapt, i had the same problem with my Newcastle side with Cisse and Damiao but now they have between 30-35 goals each, try improving there off the ball & positioning attributes and work on there PPM's with place shot, lob keeper & round the keeper on one on one, hope this helps.
 
Oi Jock :)

Which role would from a hussle and defensive point of view would suit a play in this formation if i wanna drop it to a 4-2-3-1 :)
