I wouldn't sacrifice other important attributes in order to get very high Jumping Reach. I prefer to have it at reasonable level, no less than 10-11(optimal levels is about 12-13) and Heading is no less than 13. All these give good guaranty if striker has a really good opportunity for header so there’s a high probability he will score.
