There is no OI.
In the match, I usually deal with team talk myself.
Just before starting the match, let assistant coach do team talk, and you only pick some players who does not show any response or show negative resonse, and then give them 'I have a faith on you'.
Do not complement players at the half time.
Try to criticize them even though you are ahead 2 or 3.

Defense is great for what Benvento has.. conceded 1.5 goals a game, in real life they are conceding like 2-2.5, if @VocalTraning or anyone else manages to improve defense a little for underdogs too then this tactic will be as good as something like Satorox's Devasto was in FM12 or 11, can't really remember now.

Managing Barcelona and it's fluid.
I don't know but it feels like you have no absolutely no control over the games, either you win 9-3 or lose 5-0. Usually have around 40-45% possession as well which feels kinda dull.

After your comment, I have tried to start with Barcelona.
I started at August 7th, so I did not even have time to have some friendly match in order to increase the tactic familiarity.

At home, I just smashed Madrid even though tactic familiarity is about a half.

At away, even though Messi was injured at 37 min, I won.

Fm could give some different results every time we run. All of us already know this.
However, I have never seen very bad results like you mentioned even though you manage a big team such as Barcelona.
Check some tips in main thread.
You can also refer to how I place Barcelona players for my tactic.

By the way, this tactic does not give you a lot of possession for win. This one promises you a lot of goals.
If you want high possession tactic, I suggest you to find anther tactic.

Using this tactic with a big team is more easy than with a underdog. I don't know what that member do to have bad results XD

Fm18 only allow us to get .fmf file after official release.
So, I am sorry I do not know how to change .fmf to .tac.
