Decided to start new carier with the team who gave me so many satisfaction in the past!
Its Valencia Fudbal Club .Plan is to stay in this club for few years and bring them the glory they had in past
Sold some wingers and signed best talents at the start of the game for few money like Papetti,Ahmedhodzic,Almada...
Loaned in Vincious Junour from Real and they have done huge mistake because he is unstopable in AF role!
Results quite impressive at the start of the season conceding just 2 goals in 9 games...
Decided to bring good tactical Assistant manager and gave him freedom to take OI !
Its giving me even more defensive stability!
For now used only Target man tactic until big aways games started to coming then I will probably use 361 tactic because i dont like to concede goals at all...
Kind of the menager who prefers more 0 0 draw then 5 4 victory

forthis approach you need to have assistant with tactical knowledge above 15 attribute.

and those are tactical instructions

as you can see he have 15 tactical skils and 15 tactical knowledge skils!
