Im sure he is not tight, He just wants to prove to managers like Fergie, Mourinho and Benitez that you dont have to spen hundreds of millions to create a title challenging side.

Because, if they were really one of the best managers in the world they'd have got a better job in one of the top european leagues.

No they dont get the chance, Look at Holloway for example never been offered a top european job but look what he has achieved with Balckpool already.

I Cant Understand why people think that Fergie and Mourinho should have won !!

Wenger has always finished for a champions league spot, so I cant see how you can say that fergie or Mourinhio should be number 1 as look at the money they have spent, and im sure if wenger had that money to spend he would be a lot more succesful than the pair of them.

To be fair only four of them were poor signings. All the rest are/were very good players.

Hleb was quite good imo, I thought he was very good in his last season at Arsenal.

Look what holloway has achieved?
So far he's got them promoted and now they're 13th after 19 games. Hardly amazing stuff, they could easily still get relegated.
Hodgson acheived more than holloway at fulham and look how it worked out for him at a big club. You've got to prove you can do it at the very highest level to be considered one of the best managers in the world.
