What do you want to see in FM 2015

There are 2 things that I would like to see.
1- Fitter players. How can you make a tactical substitution when you have to sub a player because his condition is around 75/80 and this is after 4/5 games into the season.
2- the option to change a teams strip at the end/start of a season ( so that we can keep up with the real life teams ) or just introduce a new strip.

Being able to go give your team rest in 1-2 clicks, instead of having the click on all players separetly.
Would be awesome if you could say like: everyone below x% gets 1 day rest, below y% 2 days etc...

You don't have to click on each player individually. Shift + click on the arrows on the left on the squad - players view. Then right click and it's somewhere in there.

- I'd really like to see more interaction during games. I wanna be able to complain non stop to the refs when I see fit (apply the same to the idiots who disallow my goals once a game). If this means getting kicked out, so be it. At least I made my peace.

- Some players are all about the money, moreso than the teams they wanna play for. It'd be interesting to see that you can open up conversations with anyone you wish (unless they're Gods like Messi, Ronaldo, or Rooney), and if the money's not good enough, then they can reject you in any possible way. No conversation is impossible to have, imo.

- Favoured personnel. Today in football it's quite common to see managers come in with their own staff whenever they're hired by a club or nation. This should apply as well.

- Manager attributes. I wanna see how my attributes increase or decrease according to my style of football, approach, results, etc. That way I can compare myself with managers like Pep or Mou, et al.

- Recruitment. Many teams have youth centers all over the world, and sometimes managers are involved in the choosing of which talents they wish to bring into the club at an early age (see examples like Lamela or Messi). I'd like to see recommendations from scouts from each center, watch a friendly match and make my own informed decision.

- I've become accustomed to glitchy ME's, so the only thing I can point out is the CCC's option. It cannot be right to have a defense comprised of Subotic and Hummels, with Luke Shaw and Kyle Walker and conceding over 7 CCC's a game. It makes no sense.

- I'd like to see the offside line return. This creates a new controversy aside from uncalled penalties.

- Press AI. For example, the only controversies inside the pitch are about non called penalties and clashes with other managers regarding styles of football. I'd like to see more controversy created out of bad officiating. Non called offsides which led to goals. Criminal fouls that only ended up in a yellow card...etc.

- The same should apply to press conferences. They need to be more dynamic, they need to be in many different narratives ready to react according to several different circumstances. Answering the same questions over and over again make the game stagnant.

- Manager life simulation. If I'm getting paid, I'd like to invest in a little something here and there. Maybe have my own agent that can help me look for a club if I get sacked or whatever. Maybe invest on a team of my choosing, or become a member of the board. Whatever the case may be, what's the use of having life savings if you don't use them?

- Tactics system. Even though this year's tactics system is quite easy to use, it lacks several options and variables previous tactics interfaces let you use (see amount of through passes players could take, etc). Now you have to infer many different things according to alterations you make in team or player instructions.

- Set pieces. I've never been high on this aspect of the game. So many more things happen in a corner kick. For example, you have players setting curtain movements to drag defenders away from aerial threats. Off the ball movements are key in set pieces. I'd like to see this option added.

Let's start with that.

I'd like to know the reasoning behind when some managers see you in a certain way. Like 'feels the two of you could become friends'

Eh. Why? I've not even mentioned the guy in any conference or anything but he wants to get chummy?

I would like to see...

A set-piece training module, allowing you to:
- Designate from which positions on the field a free-kick should be crossed or shot at goal
- Devise intricate free-kick and corner routines to confuse the opposition, by instructing individual players to make specific runs and/or blocks
- Set different free-kick takers according to whether it's a crossing or shooting opportunity
- It should use a traditional tactics-board-and-arrows design and could even be animated, using the match engine but against a training ground backdrop rather than the stadium.

A few more features in the already excellent crowd animations:
- Orange and yellow hi-vis jacket wearing stewards
- Police officers strolling around the outside of the pitch
- Ball boys retrieving the ball from the sidelines rather than players or the keeper

The ability to tell a player to stop diving. I've got a Dutch winger who makes Arjan Robben look honest!

When we win a trophy, I want to see the team collect their medals before the skipper lifts the cup. Even walk the steps for matches at Wembley. Could happen within the existing view of the pitch/stadium, but just that little touch to make a cup final more of an event.

Head Scout to notify me of all upcoming international tournaments, including all youth levels, so I don't forget to send scouts.

The occasional gem of a young player to come from the lower leagues (...like they still sometimes do in real life).

Once you win any trophy in England, you should get an invitation to play against the MLS All-Star team.

Make it so that when your squad is on a training camp, you can't play friendlies in another country - with the ability to re-arrange friendlies that you might be committed to due to previous transfer deals.

More variety in the kit making section of the Editor programme.

Ready-made config files for every editable image in the game, so that we only have to source the images and name them correctly, rather than having to also edit the config files. For example, I totally understand that you don't have the licenses for German and Japanese clubs, but if you provided the config files for all of the badges, kits, players etc. those who produce the graphics could spend their time doing that without having to mess about with lines of code; then we could just drop the images into the correct folders and hit the Reload Skin to activate them:

...And the ability to check the config ID code for extinct clubs from within the game, rather than the Editor. For example, so we can get all of the badges in place in the historical Roll of Honour lists - such as the earliest winners of the FA Cup (...which I have done, but it took me ages, crawling around the Editor)

This feature was available in FM12 but was removed in FM13 onwards. Not sure why they'd remove it.

The offside goal replay with the horizontal lines overlaid is still in FM14. You have to set your replay highlights to "Goal Action" rather than just "Goals".

This is a screenshot of Liverpool's home page:

I would like to see that European Champions League graphic, with the 5 times winners text below it, positioned on the right hand side of the badge. Likewise for all major competitions; domestic honours on the left and European/World Club honours on the right, going down the full length of that boxed section. Each would tell you only how many times the club has won that particular trophy and clicking on any of them would take you through to the existing full Honours page where you can see dates and details of runners-up, third places etc.

The trophy images should appear in silver/grey as currently, unless the club is the current holder of that particular trophy in which case it should be highlighted in gold (or something suitably fancy!). And there should be a space available under each trophy to allow lines such as: "European Champions"; "Premier League Champions"; "FA Cup Holders" etc to be displayed when they are the relevant title holder.

These images could be quite small and non-intrusive to the existing club home page design, but it would enable you to see at a glance who are the successful clubs in each country. I would not put the now defunct competitions like the Cup-Winners' Cup and the Intercontinental Cup on the home page; just continue to list those on the historical Honours page. That way, you could have the Premier League, the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Community Shield on the left; the European Champions League, Europa League, Super Cup and World Club Cup on the right. Teams from other continents might be a bit more problematic, but then that's why your designers earn the big bucks!

The existing History/Overview and History/Competitions page should be merged into one, and called History/Honours.

Some clubs in the game, particularly from far-flung nations, don't have their formation dates in place on their home pages. Simple internet research would reveal many of them. Employ me and I'll find them for you (...for a reasonable fee!).

Would like to see coaches attributes increase and decrease

Would like to be able to highlight roles for coaches like with players eg for an attacking coach it will highlight attacking an motivating etcccc

Get rid of the ridiculous amount of add ons and agent fees in players contracts

Be told what a players minor injury/knock is during a game so you know if it's serious or not eg knock to ankle or a bad wrist etc

Should be able to place people and direct the ball from set pieces where you want, not in the set options that the game gives you and set runs of players etcc

What about players doing press conference more often and other managers too taking part in Transfer deadline day more often

If you start dominating the world then more regens across the world wanting to play for your team in their career plans and your best players being idols of theirs.

I know it might be farfetched, but what about including the top leagues in female football. Many coaches and managers use these teams to build a career or even end a long career. Having watched some games, I would say that female football can be well as entertaining as men?s lower league football. I would personally like the challenge of building a good female side on my way to stardom.

Sorry if its already been said, but I cba to trawl through 12 pages looking,

But transfer fees needs looking at! I was bidding ?100m plus on the likes of Varane Umtiti and Zouma and even though the players wanted to come, the clubs weren't accepting the bids! Ridiciulous

Would love to see the Highland-Lowland League's for Scotland made playable with working playoffs :D

I think it would be great to take over as a manager and continue the career.
Example: take jurgen klopp and continue his project at Dortmund instead of a new manager kicking him out so he starts somewhere else?

also youth academies worldwide, so you have more choice over regens

not sure if it's in game, but something similar to the Milan health thing? Can't remember name, google it :p so old players can play well into 30's like Milan 05? :p some people will know what I mean.

point 1 is my main wish anyway!

Different leagues to choose from in addition to the current countries ie more African leagues.
The option to give the team the 'hair dryer treatment' during a match
Youth academies and a greater choice of which youngsters (regens) come on trail.

I'd be pretty ****** off if my star player got pregnant and missed the full season though!
You've got to admit however it would be funny, if it happened whilst you were playing as a male team lol!

when it comes to tactics the sliders definately need to be re-introduced, i duno if im the only 1 but i dont really like the format as it is just now
