What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

I played him as a advanced forward for my wolves save and he scored 16 goals in 23 apps

thanks ill give it a go now been trying him as complete forward and poacher but got average rating of 6.47

ive Babacar as a poacher or complete forward and hes hit and miss, but heard hes great off loads of people, but which role ? thanks

ive played De Rossi as box to box mid centre and defensive midfielder, but which one is his best all round, if defensive midfielder support or defend? or is there any other rold which might suit him best ? thanks in advance

I need some suggestions for combinations with Mario Gomez, Anthony Lozano, Hulk, Yannis Tafar.
Currently playing Yannis Tafar (poacher) - Hulk (advanced forward attack), or Hulk (poacher) - Anthony Lozano (complete forward)...It isn't working as it should be, also due injuries. Any suggestions?

One of my regens - has scored literally for fun in my u-18s for the last two seasons and Hernandez is not performing at the moment as a Poacher. Could he play as a Poacher or would he be better as something else?
