What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

Nathan Delfounso (however you spell it?) - the Aston Villa striker.

A poacher I'm geussing, as he's got great speed.

Ive found using fast players as a target man and set supply to "run onto ball" works very well too, but yes you could use him as a poacher
 
Zlatan Ibrahimovic ? Been trying Target man and others but can't seem to find one that is to his best on my game :S

Lobont Gk defend

Motta full back auto
Riise same
Mexes Central defender
Juan same

De Rossi anchor man

Brighi central midf support
Pizarro adv playmaker support

Taddei Adv Playmaker attack
Vucinic Inside forward attack

Totti trequartista

but this doesn't seem to work what should i change?thanks in advance
