Need a tactic that includes wing-backs and two strikers.

Goalkeepers - Casillas, Hart
Centre Backs - David Luiz, Carragher, Agger, Skrtel
Wing Backs - Marcelo, Santon, Miguel Torres, Insua, Glen Johnson
Centre Mid - Veloso, Moutinho, Macherano
Attacking Mid - Jack Wilshere, Aquilani, Gerrard, Gourcuff, Lionel Messi ( messi can also play ml and mr)
Right Mid - Kuyt, Saivet, Alexis Sanchez,
Left Mid - Di Maria, Riera, Zhirkov
Strikers - Robinho, Alex Pato, Fernando Torres, Iker Muniain

the key to beating the big 4 comes down to either imposing your game on them if possible, or negating theirs, example, arsenal will are very attacking, either with rapid counter attacks, or just all out, and they play with a high defensive line. and they like the wings. so go with a wide formation that cover s your wings, like 4-4-2, to prevent their wingers and full backs doubling up on you.

if they're countering (youre playing them at home) you wanna play control, keep hold of the ball, and look to split them with through balls (use the pass in to space shout).

if you are away play dont play control, they wont give you any time on the ball, its either counter, standard or even attacking if you think your team is good enough, attack their flanks and with through balls. you're unlikely to have much possession, so if your forwards dont make your chances count you're done for.

with chelsea, match their formation (4-1-2-1-2) and use the look for the overlap shout, gerrard should have a field day in the amc role (nothing fancy, just attacking midfielder/attack)

am playing as united so obviously cant play against them, but they like the wings, if they play 4-4-2, you formations that exploits the gaps in the strata (liverpools 4-2-3-1 deep for example), so you can stretch the central midfield and can gain control there

Help Please. Promoted after an extremely successful first season with Newcastle. I was strongest team in Championship but now in Premiership and I have new loan players etc so will need new tactic and cant figure out what kind of tactics to use.

The strike force is quite strong. Xisco and Caroll both are big lads at 6,2 and 6,4. Both have good strenght, heading, jumping, off the ball. Nile Ranger and Dindane offer something different in having pace and speed. Barton and Smith seem to be my more defensive mids with Ljajic, Nolan, Ninis etc having some technical attributes. At the back all my fullbacks offer something in attack so should I try bring that in. My team is quite top heavy on attackers. Something I should incorportate?

there's some points that i want to tell you first ,
- i think u should play agger instead skrtel
- i think gerrard will play better if he play as AMC but you don't have to add LW and RW , or if ur squad is like that u can change ur formation to 4-3-2-1

Playing as Forest. Hoping for premotion, season 1. Not a lot of wiggle room under wage budget, so need to manage players better.

Currently 4-4-2 formation:

Current team given:

GK: Ian Walker - Lee Camp - Paul Smith
DL- support: O Bernard - Skacel
DR - support: C Gunter - L Chambers
DC - CB: de Laet (Loan); K. Wilson/M. Muniesa, W. Morgan

ML - attacking: Skacel - P. Anderson - Van der Meyde
MC - support : (playmaker) C. Cohen - J. Fleck (Loan); N. Barazite (L); Majewski
MC - support: (box-box or defensive) McKenna, Moussi; Campo and Davids as reserves
MR - attacking : van der Meyde/P. Anderson

F - attacking: E. Smolarek (role????)
F (Target, support): M. Viduka, J. Garner C. Vieri

Walker and de Laet are 7+ consistently; Gunter and Bernard reliable, and Muniesa has done so well he is edging out Wilson as CB.

Midfield has a wealth of options They all do consistently OK, but no one has really impressed. J. Fleck is being used as a sub upfront and in attacking midfield.

Forwards: I initially got Vieri/Viduka to be target men to partner Smolarek, but it is the sub, Garner, who has the most goals. Viduka is getting some consistency since I changed to 'play to feet' and is doing OK now but Vieri has failed to fire.

I'd appreciate: Tactical changes (formation change is fine but no wacky ones with 6 strikers etc) and tweaks; also corner taking - should I have inswinging or outswinfing corners? Also individual roles - am I playing the wrong guys?

Finally - any tips on who to buy/sell to help with promotion (I'll have to sell to free up salary cap space first though)

Song does the defensive duties Nasri plays a supporting role and Fabregas is an advanced playmaker also in the support role.

currently playing as Aston Villa. started off well, beat Genoa and drew 3-3 with Man U. Then, Portsmouth snook a late draw on the counter, i lost 3-1 to burnley off some good shots, and then got totally murked 4-0 by Villareal and Robert Pires. :(

My tactics have clearly been shot to bits- defence holds up nicely, but i can hardly create any chances. Anyone got any tips?
