What Tactic should i use?

I play Man.city attacking 4-4-2..
where two wingers play further than CM (as AML n AMR)

Strikers- C.Tevez/Robinho/Vincenzo rennella(Advance foward with ATT duty) n E.Adebayour/Peter Crouch/Vincenzo Iaquinta (Complete foward with support duty)

Midfield- Andrea Pirlo(deep lying playmaker)/pablo Zabaleta/N De Jong(MC defend duty)
Gareth barry/S.Ireland/Fabian Delph/Marquinhos(MC-support duty)
Robinho(AML - winger - att duty)
Pedro leon/S.Wright Phillips(AMR - winger - att duty)

Defenders- DC, DEF duty.. Joleon Lescott,Kolo toure,Ezequiel Garay,Neven Subotic
DL-FB -Automatic- Wyne Bridge/Christian Ansaldi/sylvinho
DR-FB-Automatic-Dirijo Srna/Micah Richards(pablo zabaleta n kolo toure will play in this role IF
Both Sarna n Richards out either through injury/suspension.)

I have win League Cup 3 times in a row
Coca-cola championship title
2 FA cup..
N reach the semi final of ECC
Hasnt win the league title always manage to get in the top 3.
And with this tactics i've never lost to local derby ManU..4 win out of 6 meetings..
But i have problem fighting against team like chelsea and tottenham...where ive never won agaianst chelsea 4 lost out of 7 meetings and it has been all draw agaianst Tottenham..
Is there anything i has to change in my tactic?

I used to play 4-4-1-1 when i still incharge
at Southampton and manage promote this team to the coca-cola championship division before the sackiing of Mark Huges after ManC were relegated on the 09/10 season and ive been offered the job at Eastlands...

The only player in my squad dat play AML is Robinho...when he is out bcoz of injury, wyne Bridge will fill in for him..Anyone here can suggest me a really good AML? THANKSS

I am in my first season with Chelsea. With the formation in the screenshot I won 2-0 against Man Utd. in the community shield final. In my preseason games I won 3-0 or 4-0 against Liga BBVA teams. But I only had 1 win and 1 draw in my 2 first EPL games and the win was very lucky. So I guess I need a more dominant tactic

in my 3rd season as chelsea, won every trophy last season but struggling now as i keep throwing away leads. any way you can help? I play Cech, Bosingwa, A.Cole, Richards, Ivanovic (Terry injured for 8 months sold alex and carvalho) then i got pirlo,essien,lampard,kaka,hulk,drogba,zhirkov and j.cole not got a clue wat to do with my attacking players. Please help :/

just been trying out the Total dominance tatic which im afraid isnt working Im using the shouts and OI. But I must have some really bad luck lol

the squad I built so far for sheff weds is:

gk: Grant / Walker
DL: Spurr / Gray
DC: Campbell / Beevers/ Purse/ Hinds
DR: Simek / Buxton

MC: Potter / Miller / Hamann / O'Conner / Cardacio / Wiltshire
MR: Weiss
ML Esajas

ST: Tudgay / Viduka / Sodje / Smolarek

Any help or pointers would be grateful.

So far my league results have been a 1-1 draw with Barnsley a 5-1 defeat to Peterborough and a 2-0 defeat to Newcastle

very rigid 4-4-2, your only real playmaker is bullard and he's injured.

No Idea why you sold carvalho and alex!! Though you may not need them 1st team , I dont know any better back ups?

Well I would play a 4 1 2 2 1 mabye

4 normal def
1 dm - essien
2 cm's - pirlo and lampard
AML - either j.cole or zhirkov
AMR - Kaka (but if you choose j.cole AML you could switch their pos)
ST - drogba can always rotate with Hulk

You this tatic it 4 3 2 1 exactly the same as 4 1 2 2 1 but does not have dm instead 3 cm.
You could use the 4 1 2 2 1 formation with these tatics though.

strategy would depend on what games you're capable of winning, whether you're favourites or not id use standard at home, or counter against stronger teams, except if you're heavy underdogs, when i'd go for defend. attack at home against teams you feel you can beat. defend away, counter if you're slight favourites, standard at away games if you're comfortable favourites.
