What Tactic should i use?

Using Everton in 2016. I've been using the GoalGlutter Tactic for the past 6 years (game time) with England and won both 2010 and 2014 World Cups, the Confederations cup and the European Championship in 2012, I just qualified for the Euros in 2016 before i resigned and took over at Everton. It's a good tactic, but doesnt consistently work well with my Everton Team, 3 games into the season and i lose 3-2, then won 3-0, then lost 3-2.

Nile Ranger Eduardo Jose Baxter

any suggested tactics are much appreciated
 
can anyone help me and give me a good tactic for AS Roma with the recent patch? First season. And also could anyone advise good players to signed up i would be very greatfull.

i think 4-5-1 is the best tactic to use with the two wingers as inside forwards and one dmc both cm set to attack, lone st set as advanced forward and play fluid and control it never fails for me.

Having problem with city with playing the decent teams
I usually play 442 away and 451/433 attacking at home
Only Gignac seems to be scoring for me
Tevez and adebayor r struggling and the other 2 are always injured

My team is

1. Given or A Smithies
2. M Richards
3. Bridge or Gabriel Silva
4. Chiellini / Kompany
5. Toure/ Otamendi
6. Annan/ De Jong
7. SWP Johnson
8. Jovetic/ Johnson
9. Barry/ Vukcevic
10.Viera/Veloso
11. Gignac/Tevez

Would prefer 442 with Tevez DLF and Gignac as Complete/ Target
But ive tried diff variants and can't seem to stop leaking goals
Im 1st but Villa has been my hardest game and colchester knocked me out of the league cup!!!!!!!!!!!
Managing city use to be easy!!!!!!!!!!
Ive tried JPs and another 442 off this site tried to tweak em but it isnt working

Maybe a 442 similar to real madrids . With Barry and Viera DMCS?

Dude do not change your formation!use one and let the players get used to it!!!!

Have you tried downloading mr houghs wonder tactic?its very good for getting all 3 strikers scoring

Try a formation like 41212, reason being doesnt look like the team has much strength in width (no offence)
Play 4 defenders with fullbacks in support role then pick your best passer out of the centre backs to be ball playing defender stopper and the other as defensive cover, play Fellaini as anchorman, sissoko as box to box cm, larsson playing cm with playmaker duty then play an AMC as inside forward just behind kightly (advanced forward) and cassano who plays best as either a poacher or deep lying depending on his partner

i do but you can't always do that ie 442 against chelsea or arsenal would get me beat

Whats the best Formation/team instructions for this squad? I tought about something more offensive coz of the players.
 
I'm playing with Napoli in the 2011/20112 season.

Last season i played a 4-5-1 formation with Quagliarella as a lone striker, since he wasnt scoring that many goals i sold him to At Madrid for 16 M

I've been playing with shorter passes, fluid, control philosophy the rest is on default

should i change anything ?
 
Real madrid!

Hey.. i am playing with real madrid.. i still cant find a good tactic for my team. I have the following players:
Casillas arbeloa marcelo ramos pepe albiol drenthe veloso alonso kaka ronaldo silva higuain benzema raul granero gago.

I keep loosing to teams lige celtic... which tactic is the best for me??
