What Tactic should i use?

Play a 4-1-2-2-1
GK:Lloris (gk defend)
RB:Azpilicueta (fb support)
CB:Chiellini (dc defend)
CB:Mexes (dc defend)
LB:Clichy (fb support)
DM:Veloso (dm defend)
CM: Ozil (advanced playmaker support)
CM:Fabregas (advanced playmaker support)
AMR: Sanchez (inside forward attack)
AML:Jose angel? (not sure who from the list plays there) (inside forward attack)
ST: Dzeko (complete forward attack)
Focus passing thru the middle, and play shorter
That should work :D
 
I am in the beginning of my 2012-13 season with Hoffenheim and finally want to win other competitions than the Bundesliga. After an unsuccesful 2011-12 season I am eager to make my club a top club.I have been using Dans attacking dynamo V1: Attacking for a long time and I think it is time to move on.

My team is hopefully attached with this post and waiting for your advices, please :)

HEy mate have you tried mr houghs tactic they have worked well for me
 
I cannot win with this team!

I have tried many different combo's and styles....cannot get anyone to perform...I mean anyone.....
The team is now getting unsettled and dropping like a rock in the table...

What is now your remaining transfer budget?
Are you having trouble in any particular area?

This is my 3rd season with St E....
First season finished second
The made it through the group stage to knockout in CL
Second season finished 5th but qualified for Europe
Now in my 3rd season I can't do anything right...

So 6 starters.....yeah...guess thats quite a bit of turnover....I got excited with the 50mil transfer budget they gave me...I have 19mil left by the way.....8 games into the new season..

I am having troubles everywhere ....no one is performing consistently....

So I will give your advice a go. The only thing I changed was put it onto the last notch of narrow before normal. I left balanced and standard and all other settings on default.
Let's give it a whirl...first match to test will be vs USBCO at home.

Hey, im in need of a decent tactic, one to beat the bigger teams (beating other teams, but losing to the likes of man utd, arsenal, chelsea, r.madrid 4-0 / 5-1). I have a lot of central players, no decent wingers, and would prefer to play two strikers.

What would the best formation to be for Newcastle, to be able to have two strikers as well as having Jonas as a AML - inside forward, I'll insert a picture of my current formation
