What Tactic should i use?

I'm Chelsea and I don't know what formation and what players to use. I have this players:
GK - cech, hilario, turnbull
DR - bosingwa, fereirra, ivanovic
DL - ashley cole, zhirkov
DC- terry, carvalho, alex, ivanovic, mancienne
MC - mikel, essien, lampard, ramires, benayoun
AML - robinho, malouda, kalou, benayoun, sturridge, zhirkov
AMR - Krasic, kalou, sturridge
ST - di santo, anelka, sturridge, drogba, dzeko, robinho
 
I am playing a very low-league squad (tier 10 England) with re-gen players Players have low stamina and are on P/T contracts. I am looking for something simple but effective, long ball tactic.

Hey all! I'm currently playing as Man Utd with a 4-4-2 formation but I can't seem to score any goals from open play and my defence is quite leaky as well. I'm pretty new to this so I'm not really sure what to do.

At the moment I'm playing:
GK(Defend): Van Der Sar
LB(Automatic): Evra
RB(Automatic): Rafael
CB(Ball Playing CB): Ferdinand
CB(Stopper): Vidic
RM(Winger): Valencia
LM(Winger): Hazard
CM(Ball Winning - Defend): Fletcher
CM(Advanced Playmaker): Anderson/Carrick
ST(Deep Lying Forward - Attack): Berbatov
ST(Poacher): Rooney

I try to tweak tactics occaisionally but it seems that nothing I try actually works and I'm getting pretty frustrated with it.
I also play Fluid as the philosophy and Control as the starting strategy.

Help please!!! :'(:)

4-2-3-1 maybe.
Same defence.
One centre mid as deep lying playmaker (defend)
Other centre mid as advanced playmaker (support)
Wingers as Supporting
Attackive mid (attack)
Stiker (poacher)
 
Any help on Bury

Ive played 4-4-2 and 4-1-3-2 and finished first season in 21'st

Started a new season and struggling AGAIN ! :S

I've just been trying this out for a couple of games and I just don't think it works amazingly well to be honest. Thanks for the help but overall I've been scoring much less and conceding around the same amount as before. I've tried to tweak it slightly to fit my team but I just don't feel the formation is right. Thanks for the help anyway though.:)

Anyone else got a good idea? I'm still not getting the results I think the team warrants...

I use the 10.3 patch so i need a tactic thats good for that and lower league teams aswell thanks for al help
 
Formation for Real Madrid

Hi guys!

I recently decided to play with Real after being done with the lower teams in the game. So I would really appreciate som help regarding the formation and tactics for my striker.

I am currently using a 4-1-3-1 formation which FM labels as 4-3-3

It's usually Jovetic (AML), Kaka (AMC) and Ronaldo (AMR) in the midfield while I have Xabi Alonso as a DM.

So, that gives me time to rotate and use Kadlec, Benzema and Higuain. Now, should I use them as advanced forwards, deep lying or poacher?

When I face difficult challenges I usually use a 4-5-1. So keep in mind that I always use one striker.

Should I completely change the tactics or at all anything? And what role should my single striker have?

Can you recommend some tactic and what duties and attack/support etc......

What would the best formation to be for Newcastle, to be able to have two strikers as well as having Jonas as a AML - inside forward, I'll insert a picture of my current formation.

you could play as you do now only changing the amr to forfard. an make your rcm drift wide.

AMR - Shaun Wright Phillips Or Durk Kuyt
AML - Bellamy, Or Luka Modric
DLC - Joleon Lescott Or Wayne Bridge
DC'S - Thiago Silva and Kolo Toure
DRC - Glen Johnson
GK - Reina or Given
