I have a lot of excellent youngsters i've brought in aged 16/17 for a homegrown future, but im not sure were to look at strengthening. I have a 32 million kitty to spend, should i strengthen more for the future, or replace some current players?

Im gonna start as Birmingham.
Gonna start tonight so would like sugestions before I start.

Now I am going to be placing restrictions on my transfers.
1.I can only buy players from the 3 relegated teams.(Burnley,Hull & Portsmouth)
2.I can buy 1 player outside these 3 Teams(Probably Enyeama)
3.I can loan players from anyone.
4.I can transfer in any free agents.
5.Exception to rule 1 I can transfer a player from any team if he has requested to be put on the transfer list and the club has agreed.

Would also like to know what is the best data base to use.
I will for obvious reasons be including English Premier league and Championship.
What other leagues should I include.(Just so my game can run quick).

So with all that in mind who should I buy and who should I sell.

I'm Liverpool on a database that has all the transfers of the summer so far.

So players brought in are M.Jovanovic, J.Cole, J.Shelvey and D.Wilson with Insua, Benayoun and Riera going the opposite way.

My squad stands at:

GK- Reina/Cavalieri
RB- Johnson/Degen/Carragher
CB- Carragher/Agger/Skrtel/Kygriakos/D.Wilson
LB- Aurelio/D.Wilson
RM- J.Cole/Maxi/Gerrard/Kuyt/Degen
CDM- Mascherano/Lucas
CM- Aquilani/Gerrard/Shelvey
LM- J.Cole/Babel/Gerrard/Jovanovic
CAM- Gerrard/J.Cole/Shelvey
CF- Gerrard/Jovanovic
ST- Torres/Kuyt/N'gog

As you can see the squad can cover every position quite comfortably. That's the reason I'm using this thread to ask you lot. Should I either, use all of my budget on building for the future or should I strengthen parts of the team, if so, which parts?
Anybody a few seasons into the game, if you can recommend anybody that isn't going to improve (i.e N'gog) then please say so I can get rid early. :D

Imo, get rid of Degen and Kyrgiakos and buy a backup RB and probably LB as well.
 
was sunderland but signed with AC Milan bout to enter the 4th season....need some backs both on the right and on the left, any idea bale just signed with tottenham again, Azpi is too expensive

currently have 23 million to spend

RB - Corchia, ivan Tomecak, Raul (At Paranese), Daniel opare, diego renan (can play both sides)
LB - Dodo, gabriel silva
 
Dodo is class and by right Opare should have been up for it in the 4th season. If not play him as a backup.

Do you need a left and rb or somone whoo can play both.
Well try andreas beck goo player can be bought for around 6m
Kyle Naughton not as good but very good back up and you can get him on loan.

My third season is about to start. Andreas Beck cant really cross. I would like player who knows how to support attack...
