So along with big wins against Augsburg and HSV who we were facing in a top of the table clash we failed to capitlize on this win as we dropped points with draws against Hoffenheim and Bayern Munich.
We also beat Galatasary in the Champions League with Batshuayi scoring the opener before coming off and his replacement Dzeko grabbing the winner.

Were top! Undefeated in our opening 11 games and 1 point ahead of Bayern with HSV dropping down to 3rd. Its Werder Bremen in 4th spot with Schalke and Dortmund well out of the title race at the moment.

Dzeko stays at the top of the Golden Boot chart with 12 league goals and Draxler tops the assists chart with De Bruyne in 5th spot. Dzeko also has the second highest average rating whilst being surrounded by Bayern players.

Thanks for reading guys, I think the attacking side of the team and especially the midfield is sorted for years to come, just need to sort out the RB and the GK really.

I thought as his contract states hes a backup and is only 22 years old he might not mind playing second fiddle to Dzeko up front but instead hes missed training 3 times in the past few weeks without even telling me he wanted first team football!

You will struggle to find 5 toughest fixtures in a row for us this season but we came out of the month undefeated with 3 wins and 2 draws.
We started the month with good wins over Galatasary in the Champions League and Leverkusen in the league before conceding a late goal to Dortmund and drop a couple of vital points in the league.
We then managed to against the odds draw with Barcelona in the Champions League and secure our place in the next round with a game to spare before De Bruyne finished off the month with a couple of goals against Stuttgart.

What a place to make your debut! I didnt think we stood much of a chance against them and we were all but qualified for the next round anyway. Dzeko was fatigued and Batshuayi was being a prat so i gave him a chance in the only games they can play in.
Its a bit ridiculous that in Germany most of my youth intake players have been 15/14 but you have to be 17 to play in the German League and German Cup!
Thats why my squad is so small as i was planning on bringing in around 5 of the youth intake youngsters into the squad but there all ineligible!.

So after the draws in the league all in the German League is back to normal with Bayern Munich at the top of the table.
We are a point behind in second place and are still undefeated after 14 games whilst HSV have started to fall away after their strong start with Dortmund and Schalke struggling for consistency.

Despite Bayern overtaking us in the league there players are unable to in the stat charts with Dzeko and Draxler still reigning supreme at the moment.

So we started the month with our second string destroying 1860 Munchen in the German Cup with grumpy boy Batshuayi scoring a hattrick and Marin finding the net too.
We then beat Nurnberg in the league before letting the second string face AC Milan as we were already set to finish 2nd in our group and they did us proud with a 3-2 loss.
We ended the year with impressive wins over Werder Bremen and Gladbach with Dzeko scoring a hattrick in our last game before the winter break.

So we do very well to finish second in a pretty tough group behind last years finalists Barcelona and make the Knockout stages for the second year running.

So i feel as if we were better off finishing second place as we draw PSG whilst Group Winners Barcelona will face Bayern Munich in a repeat of last years Final.

So we have played a game more than Bayern but im still pretty happy to finish 2015 top of the German League 2 points ahead of Bayern Munich.

Wow! It shows that players are struggling for goals this season as Dzeko tops the league table with 16 goals in 17 games whilst Meyer is the 4th top goalscorer in the league with only 8 goals!​

Winter Transfer Window

So there was only one player in and one player out, I brought in Holland and Ajax GK Cillissen for a small fee as his contract was up in the summer as our second choice Keeper moved out on loan and he will be good competition for Benaglio.
I also picked up Ravel Morrisson and Chris Smalling on bosmans for the summer, they will add some much needed depth to our small squad and with them being young and on free transfers if they complain too much i can sell them.

A couple of good wins in the league to get back into the swing of things after the Winter Break with Dzeko scoring goals in both games and the centre backs Ginter and Balanta grabbing goals too.

So despite winning both of our games this month we drop down to second with Bayern winning all 3 of their games this month.
The league is down to a 2 horse race for sure now as were 9 points clear of 3rd placed Schalke with a game in hand too.

Dzeko and Draxler are storming the top of the charts at the moment but look at the average rating top 5! All of them are Bayern and Thiago is just incredible for them.

We have had such good luck recently with no bad injuries but these two couldnt have come at a worse time as they will miss the Champions League matches against PSG and the league match V Bayern.

A very busy month with 6 wins from 8 well 7 really as we won the Cup game against Freiburg on penalties. We only managed to draw with Schalke but did manage to end the month with an important win over HSV.

Dzeko has really broken away now from the chasing pack for the Golden Boot race as he practically scores every game whilst De Bruyne and Draxler are battling it out for the most assists.​

Thanks mate, Calhanoglu has been amazing for HSV on my save and has just won the European Golden Boy, they have a good squad with some decent potential and have definitly come to the fore in recent months.

We took an early lead in a back and forth evenly matched game before Rode scored an own goal equalizer just before half time.
PSG managed to push on and win the match with Cavani scoring but it didnt help them overall as we go through to the Champions League Quarter Finals for the second time in 2 years, thanks to the away goal rule.

In a big surprise Bayern got knocked out of the Champions League by Barcelona despite holding a 3-0 lead from the first leg whilst Schalke have made it through to the last 8 were we get Chelsea who have only won the Capital One Cup since i took charge of Wolfsburg.

They had the better chances but we scored the first couple of goals with German Centre Back Knocke getting a rare goal to start with before Dzeko doubled the lead before the break.
Chelsea then had Willian sent off before managing to get an important away goal from Volland.

So we manage to steal a point off Bayern and end their 16 game winning run but it does mean nothing has changed at the top whilst we did win our other 2 league matches this month with Dzeko and Draxler being rested for the Champions League matches.

Thanks man, Im surprised at how well Dzeko has done really gone back to the Dzeko from back in the day he must love Wolfsburg, He has just turned 30 though so im not sure how much more use we will get out him. Bayern are a bit crazy good at the moment my main hopes are when Robben retires along with a few of the other key players or Guardiola leaves, then we will be sorted! I really do hope to tonight get a few updates out.

Well that was ****** lucky! Chelsea dominated but we managed to take a late lead before they quickly equalized, but it didnt matter as it was enough to see us through with a 3-2 on aggregate win!

The Spanish V The Germans as in a big shock Schalke also make the Semi Finals whilst Spanish Giants Barcelona and Real Madrid will surely be expecting an all Spanish Final.

We did well and had the better chances but Super Captain Lionel Messi was the difference between the teams tonight as they get the all important away goal.

Batshuayi gets the opener at the Nou Camp but it doenst take Barcelona long to move into another gear and score the goals to win the match and the tie as our European run adventure ends in Spain.
Schalke faired no better losing 6-1 on aggregate to Real Madrid with Ronaldo and Jackson Martinez on fire for Real but it was Barcelona who won the Champions League.

So along with our Champions League exploits and Schalke's we faced each other in the German Cup Semi Final with Ginter and Dzeko getting the goals for us and seeing us through to the Final were we will face Borussia Dortmund who we drew with in the league near the beginning of the month.
We won our other 4 league matches this month with some impressive wins and the full squad being used with so many fixtures coming thick and fast.

We have caught up with Bayern losing a match near the end of the month but how crazy is it that we are unbeaten throughout the whole season yet we havent been top for months and could end up in second.
We are all way ahead of 3rd place though with the likes of Dortmund selling all their players they are becoming an also ran sort of team.
