Whenever i go to click on a player or club for example I can't,I have to move my mouse just over the name to be able to,how do i fix it?

Was just curious,do you guys normally stay focused on one save or do you have multiple saves going at the same time?

Im using Alavanja 14 perfection and have changed the colour of good attributes to red,i thought that's what caused it so i changed it to green and it's the same problem.The box for team instructions is red and i can't see what i have selected or what is conflicted,any help please?
