Hey guys, havent had much time on testing my latest tweak but played a few more matches and cant believe the way its going and to b honest dont think yous will believe the results either lol

Ok guys ive had abit of time to finally test the tweak ive been working on abit more and im pretty happy with the outcome. Sorry if your wondering why ive used liverpool to test it again but thats just who i use to test everything i try for some reason lol. I dont know how this would b with smaller teams sorry.

Basically i think the tweak has made it alot more solid and controlling without losing its attacking movement.

Keep in mind i had the Russian league loaded and started from their date so tactic was pretty fluid before even getting to the friendlies and had players brought in to make up my team.

I used the same instructions as before really - D line left as it is against similar teams, D line much deeper against very small teams, D line much higher against tougher teams but this time i didnt change the mentality left as it is.

Defending corners could be made better i reckon but attacking is pretty good just have left footed player taking right side and right footed player left side.

The league table so far have a look at goals for and against

All of the players use mark tighter and tackle harder
but most attacking players do not have that ability,

Great work!!! Table (goals against) and results similar to my Arsenal save when I used the original tactic. And then came 14.2

the patch isnt helping. its very inconsistent and full of mistakes. it also favours 442's and 451's with practically no instructions, whereas these tactics have a lot of instructions. cant wait for another patch to come out. this one is really killing me. only problem is that next patch will probably only come out in febuary, which really shows SI's lack of consideration for its paying customers. we're nearly 3 months into the game after the release and still dealing with issues that should have been dealt with in beta testing. when a stable version comes out, how many months of positive gameplay will we have before SI expect us to go out and spend more money on a new game that will have a broken ME once again?

I've noticed that tactics without player instructions seem to work better on this patch, has anyone tried this without any player instructions? That could be the reason that it doesn't perform as well when it gets 100% fluid, because the players have learnt the player instructions? Just an idea

Been testing the 'samo' tactic some more with modifications...

Here are the modifications:

- Add 'work ball into box'
- Remove 'drill crosses'
- Change mentality to 'attacking'
- Change fluidity to 'very rigid'

Training:

This seems to make a BIG difference.

Pick two players for each position on the pitch and set individual training to High Intensity with focus on Specialist Position.

General Training during season is low intensity Balanced with 10% Match Training 'teamwork' allow rest after match but not before matches.

Pre-Season do high intensity individual training as above and plus high intensity general training set to 'team cohesion' with 50% match training 'tactics only'. No rest before or after matches. Load tactic into all 3 slots.

Play 10 friendlies (I normally just let assistant control the friendly matches).

Notes:

I started the season in Germany to allow an extra month to prepare.

I've also had a lot of great results with Crystal Palace using this same tactic plug and play.

I think the set pieces probably need some work but interested to know how it goes for others.

I've uploaded the tactic as an attachment incase anybody would like to try.

I have a question for you guys : i'm testing the sicsyco style, it works pretty well with as saint etienne (french l1).

Does the shadow striker's tackling attribute is very important ? It's very restricting :/
