Mixed results for the Blues

Premier League

Despite still leading the Premier League race, it is not with the gap that the club might have wanted at this stage. Currently, Chelsea sit at the top of the table with 71 points. However, Arsenal sit right behind them with 69 points. There is no room for error with 7 games still remaining in the season

4/2/2015 - Arsenal 2 - 1 Chelsea: A six point game, Arsenal manage to win it with an extra time goal coming from Olivier Giroud

7/2/2015 - Everton 0 - 2 Chelsea: A routine win, Chelsea take the 3 points with goals from Willian and Hazard

10/2/2015 - Chelsea 4 - 1 Southampton: A goal fest at Stamford Bridge, with a brace from Raheem Sterling, and goals from both Diego Costa and Eden Hazard

22/2/2015 - Chelsea 2 - 0 Aston Villa: Chelsea grinds out the three points. Goals from John Terry and Oscar

2/3/2015 - Hull 3 - 1 Chelsea: A poor showing as Chelsea concede 3 in the first 34 minutes. Fabregas managed to grab a goal towards the end, but it didn't do much good

14/3/2015 - Chelsea 0 - 0 Swansea: Swansea's defence does well to keep out the Blues and grab the one point at the Bridge

21/3/2015 - Leicester 0 - 2 Chelsea: An away win for the Blues, with goals from Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas

FA Cup
Chelsea are into the semi-finals now, and it looks like they could go all the way to win the cup

14/2/2015 - Chelsea 1 - 1 Southampton - A goal from Jordan Rhodes lets Southampton equalize in the 87th minute and get another chance

25/2/2015 - Southampton 1 - 3 Chelsea - Goals from youngster Will Hughes, Diego Costa, and Eden Hazard put Chelsea through to the next round

7/3/2015 - Tottenham 0 - 3 Chelsea - Chelsea are through to the semi-finals with goals from Gary Cahill, Raheem Sterling, and Eden Hazard to help

Champion's League
Chelsea are knocked out in the 1st knockout round with a 4-6 aggregate loss the FC Bayern

17/2/2015 - Chelsea 2 - 3 FC Bayern - An exciting game from a neutral perspective, with a missed penalty by Ricardo Rodriguez towards the start (after his first goal), a goal from Didier Drogba, and an Oscar own goal

11/3/2015 - FC Bayern 3 - 2 Chelsea - Another exciting game with a sending off for Stephan Lichtsteiner, and goals for Hazard and Drogba

Reporter: You've been knocked out early from the Champion's League, against a formidable Bayern Munchen side. What are your thoughts?

Kronos: It's very disappointing to go out so early, but Bayern are a very strong side, and they could easily go on all the way to win it. Now we have to turn our focus to the Premier League and make sure we don't slip up there.

Reporter: What do you plan to do to guarantee a better showing in the Champion's League next year?

Kronos: Jose and I plan on bringing in more cover at the back. We've got the firepower in attack, but we need to fix up some leaks in our defence.

That is incredible top marks!

Would it be wrong to finish off the season and upload it after midnight or just wait till eveningish tomorrow

Not sure whether it would class as two days or not, I'm saying this because I accidentally carried on into May

There's three games left of the season

Newcastle - Aston Villa, Swansea, Hull

Man Utd - Swansea, Palace, Leicester

Aston Villa - Newcastle, Norwich, Liverpool

Interesting at the other end but I forgot to do an article on a relegation battle so I can't say anything about that
