F.a. To investigate babel

It's his right to post it.

Yeah but when he posts the whole public can see it, he hasn't even made his profile private so anyone can see what he has said. I know it's meant to be a joke but the FA are meant to have a campaign for respect towards referee's.

funny thing to do from our viewpoint but quite stupid for him to do it.

I didn't watch the game but saw the sending off. Thought it was a definite red, leg breaking challenge. Was there any other incidents?

i can see why the fa will take action because as you say he is stating that Howard Webb is biased towards Man Utd.
i can totally understand him being frustrated, i'd be fuming if it was the other way round, but he has got to be more sensible

Not as bad as the RFU, they banned Saracen's boss for 14 weeks for eating a biscuit XD

Tbh they had to do something and it was very stupid of babel.

Yeah yeah you've got a point there, because obviously it's not a bit of fun on a social networking site that the FA have no rights or interest in.

EDIT: Scanning through the thread I can quickly see all the manure supporters being with the FA on this one with every other supporter thinking Babel's a legend :')

you are missing the point, as professional footballer, he cant do that, its different than if it was me or you.

Berbatov diving to win a penalty in the 1st min

no not a thing besides a spotter after 30 seconds for a berbatov dive

Why not? its not like hes sending out a bad message to kiddies, he can do what he wants within reason. All he did is post a joke picture jeez, footballers are allowed to joke/banter. Don't know why half of ya are getting **** over it other than being Man U fans.

Well of-course a Leeds fan would take a one sided view on that.

and you're not biased? 90% of people in FA cup thread said it was a dive, including some Man Utd fans so sit down. The fact I'm a leeds fan has nothing to do with it

Oh behave, anyone who isn't blind, retarded or just hideously biased could see he dived. Just take your red tinted spectacles off for a second and take a trip back to reality.

It's nothing to do with sending bad messages out, are you really so short sighted? He's questioning Webb's impartiality and ability to referee, which he can't be doing as a professional footballer. It's irrelevant who you support, he's an idiot and shouldn't have done it.

well webb has previous form of being biased towards united penalty vs spurs for a foul outside the box, penalty vs liverpool last season for a foul outside the box, penalty today for a dive didnt even consult the linesman who had a better view and didnt flag many more incidents im sure

So they're investigating this but not the story about Carroll supposedly getting drunk and falling about in a casino?
The FA are a joke.

(I'm not saying the Carroll thing should be either, 'tis just a comparison. What footballers do off the pitch is the club's issue, not the FA's)
