Think Everton need a bit of an update pal. I don't really play as Everton as I pick players based on real life form as opposed to their quality. However, you've installed Moshiri as the Owner, but the transfer budget is still only 8m. While I'm not sure we will be spending the £100m reported by the people with sources inside the club, our budget is substantially higher than £8m, especially since the club is running at a profit.
I imagine all premier league clubs will have a decent bit of wedge this summer with the broadcasting boost. Perhaps worse looking into for all the clubs, not just Everton.
In terms of playing CA/PA
Tom Davies deserves a slight increase, perhaps a bigger increase on his PA is the appropriate action.
Kieron Dowell an even slighter increase. Could probably play regularly for a lower Champ/Mid-upper L1 team.
Matthew Pennington a decent increase, played a fair few games now to show he's at least capable of playing in the Championship week in week out.
Mori a slight increase.
Lukaku deserves an increase in his consistency, not been great for a month or two but 26 goals has shown him to be much more consistent this year.
Robles an increase, decent goalkeeper who's shown to be lower-prem standard.
Jonjoe-Kenny, seen loads of this lad in u21's and loan, as well as Saturday, good defender, capable of probably Upper League 1/Championship from the start of the game.
Besic probably deserves a decrease, not played too well at all this year and is quite erratic.
Mirallas a small decrease.
Stones CA a decrease but no move to his PA.
Baines a slight decrease OR maybe just a little more injury prone.
Tim Howard move to Colorado and decrease in CA, been awful for two years.
Coleman deserves a decrease.
Niasse a decrease, has looked nothing more than an imposter.
Kone a decrease, horrid excusue of a footballer, has moments but generally his ability is limited.
Leandro Rodriguez, lower Champ at best, probably league one though.

Hope this helps you define players a little more. A fair view of the EFC squad at the moment.
