-8 is fine with me. Bebe is over-rated on the game, ditto for Obertan, so I hope their CA/PA is decreased in FM12.

Anyway... Bebe doesn't deserve -9 ( maybe -7), and Lukaku has fixed PA ( 180)

Jordan & Andre Ayew (not sure if Andre is already a wonderkid in FM 11/10), Mario Gavranović, Enzo Zidane, Vukusic, Lendric (the duo are from Hajduk), Mateo Kovacic (not sure if he becomes a wonderkid in fm 11, but should be in fm 12).
Matej Delač (from Chelsea, but I think he does become a wonderkid in fm 11, correct me if i'm wrong), Domagoj Vida, Ryo Miyaichi, Andrej Kramarić, Souleymane Coulibaly, Raheem Sterling, Kyriakos Papadopoulos, Lewis Holtby, Julian Draxler (although I think he is already a wonderkid), Joel Matip, Nicolas N'Koulou, Azpilicueta, Levan Kenia, Ivan Jakov Džoni (from Hajduk, very talented), Thiago Alcantara (definetely), Mario Tičinović, Dino Špehar (from Osijek, very very talented), Conor Coady (I'm a bit biased) and Mario Götze

but it all counts on the best players in this U20 WC.

In my opinion ,Thiago alcantara. One of the most under-rated players in fm 2011 .how could barca release him for free at every saved games in my 11.3 game.

15/15 U-17 Int'l goals is very impressive

There are a few player down here that could probably use a boost. Off the top of my head:

Lamela is already -9 AFAIK, he should stay as he is.
Juan Cazares, Ecuadorian, plays for River's youth, should be at least -8.
German Pezzella, also from River, could even get -9 - Granted, I may be being biased here, he's our u-20s skipper, great player with a great future.
Luque, from Colón, has been quite impressive in both club and international duty, could do with a boost.
Federico Andrada, Leandro Gonzalez Pires, Giovanni Simeone and Juan Cruz Kaprof, from River, at least -8. Personally I'd give Andrada a -9.


There's also a large, very large number of players that were given decent PA (-8) but their attributes were so **** poor it was impossible for them to become good players. Not to mention PPMs. I should be working for SI, **** it!
