GOOAALL-262-FM13.3.3 by Jesaustralia - The best tactic I've seen for FM13

Finally giving up on FM14 and going back to FM13 until FM15 comes out, The tactic in the OP still the one of choice?

Yes that is my personal favourite, its the tactic that started this thread, but I can't really say that I prefer one over the other because I feel they are all good. At the moment I'm enjoying massive success with the 4222 and I think its safe to say that this is my best tactic in defence, but Between Gooaall262 and The Connection their is some very promising attacking football however the 4222 still delivers lovely attacking football so its hard for me to recommend one over the other.

Their is alot of small details in the OP that I recommend you read because everything in the OP will influence the outcome of your save for example the team gel level attacking movement in training etc. Don't get blinded by my amazing results that can only happen if your team is amazing and mine has been right up their for a while now and its like it won't stop so maybe if I switched to a default tactic I would have plenty of success as well. Before picking one of these tactics you should ask yourself what players you have available and are they good enough compared to the opponents I'm gonna play. Be realistic if your team isn't the best players matters, if your team is a real underdog team a team estimated to struggle in the league I would recommend 3 things - Arrigo Sacchi thread (Amazing tactic) - Marcelo's (Another amazing tactic) and ofcause Mr Langvatn's thread who have achieved over 1 million views with his famous 4141rock - 442rock - and according to himself his best 451trippletweak. These are tactics that can make an average team look like stars.

My tactics are romantic wingless tactics that have one goal score many goals, except for the latest thatboth score many goals but defend consistantly as well. I hope this helps you and if you do decide to use one of my tactics please tell us how you are going with it.

I'll have to apoligize the tactic 3-4-3diamond best default setpiece & longshot tweak from page 13 off this thread I managed to upload a totally different tactic - Its now fixed!

Oh and I'm playing with it currently and it shows great promise, I might think this could be an underdog tactic, try it out yourself.

Anyone playing with the Gooaall262 tactic? - Their will be a future version of this one and its going to be better than the original one! how and why because I know a few more things than I did in the beginning and I know that this tactic have a massive potential to still improve. So keep tuned on to this thread. If you are new to FM13 their is plenty of good advice on the front page that can help you continue your journey as well.

It will be a while yet - still focus on the new tactic thread Plug & Play Freedom - Where I also try and analyze all the sliders in the game - what they do etc. and ofcause I use alot of quotes from authorities around the internet - my goal is to make a PDF file with this information available to everyone.

I also need to play the game myself - I have not yet proven how good I feel that FREEDOM is. - After that Gooaall262 will be looked at!

Jes, I know you say that the tactics you are perhaps for the better teams and best players and not underdog type teams. Well, I returned to my Toulouse save. 1st​ season beat PSG in French Cup Final.. So too I winning that made it a good season.. Onto 2nd​ season and my team won the league.. Was predicted to finish 8th​. The team itself is not very good.. Players are average at best and yet won the league.. Was very surprised by this.

Also too add we lost 1-0 on agg to Chelsea in Euro cup.

Have been offered the Espanyol job and might take it.. Could be a good challenge with this tactic!

That's absolutely amazing and probably the best underdog result I have seen with this tactic!. I certainly didn't expect that!

What was the media prediction?
You just qualified to the champions league - Stay in toulouse (Better future jobs)

I will just refer you to this read in case you are staying in Toulouse. I apoligize if you are already well aware of this information just ignore!.

Buying Players on long term 48 month payments (worth it)
When I have scouted a player and he is interested and it saids he will be sold between 7.8m-11m I offer 7.8m on a 48 month payment, he might come back and say pay 2m upfront and 5.8m over 48 months sometimes they ask for too much upfront or want 10% of next sale in those cases I offer them a little more untill I have to pay more in 48 months than upfront. When you have offered the contract and its accepted it will comeup with insufficient funds but you can adjust the wage budget available and then he will be signed.

Just a fast reflecting assumption.

It just occured to me that GOOAALL262 has the creative freedom slider at 10 for all, which I interpret as.
When at 10 the slider is Balanced between listening to player instructions while being allowed to Improvise :)

I still think if your team is filled with superstars and you don't want them to fulfill a role/position in a special way from what is normal, then its safe to give them more CF. By the way it looks to me that the TC knows what its doing - don't underestimate default sliders in general.

Toulouse had no money and would have been a selling frenzy of my players... Most young but my guess is that a lot of players would be sold.. Also Espanyol is a team with a bit of potential.. Win league next season.. Highly unlikely but you never know.. will have to see.. Just feel they are a better challenge for me at this time than staying put.. Mistake might be on my part but will see how it all goes!

Number 5 in the league I reckon with poor players is not bad, it'll be interesting to see what you'll do in the next season

Yes is with GOOAALL262. Was surprised it did so well. Players were not great but some new ones for next season on free transfer may well get even higher in league.. Will have to see!

Hi guys!

Work has been manic so gaming has taken a back seat until now. I've picked up my blackburn save again and am now incorporating the regen scouting into my routine.

I watched the video from "JA" (abbreviations ftw!) and have put in place auto filters within my game (see screenshot and attached file for an example of one of my preloaded filters based on JA's video). Took a while to do them but their done now and will save you all time and hassle.

Load them up, wait for the regen dates....scout like you've never scouted before and get stuck into some future stars!

Another side note....any thoughts on clicking all the attributes, setting the minimum value to 10 and then selecting a minimum threshold? Sounds complicated I know but see the screenshot!

It's a fairly broad way of doing things. It also means you can use it pre scout report as sometimes they sign contracts before you get a chance to get them.....more experimental at this stage but would like people's input!

I am testing the new tactic created by Jes. I am using attacking movement.. Also the tactic is competent but not yet fluid. Screenshot of fixtures played so far with new tactic, From Real Sociedad down, is looking very promising!

Thanks alot - this is exellent!

I need to say one thing though - I crashed a few days ago and lost my 9-0 victory ****! - But it was because I had to many players scouted - the cache couldn't handle it, so be careful save before you go scouting

I will use these filters mate

About the 2 regents that you showed pictures below - i really liked the 2nd one - if i get such i train complete forward and in the future they are exellent midfielders.
