It does look good are you seeing one two's and alot of patient passing before finishing and how does Ronaldo work?

- I forgot to mention that I have OI set to show to foot on opposite of position. If FB left=right - DCL=Right - MCR=Left etc etc
I only this ones - I don't wanna be bothered with that. I don't know if it has an effect at all. Thinking about it I think I will show to foot for the full back side so FB left= left and the same for the 2 DC's.

This tactic seems very promising and will be up for a release in a few days I believe. Here's some Results from me starting from the 4-2 win vs Granada

Tactic was not fluid before the Real Madrid game - Some games I have used young talent due to lots of injuries.

VS AC Milan Away Champions League Semi Final (one of the best teams in the game)

In the weekend match just before the midweek champions League semi I rested my 1st choice players so they would be completely ready for it (Max Condition).

4-0 Win
 
Yes, I do see a lot of one twos being played and the build up is a patient one.. Players are making correct decisions in regards which pass to make.. Occasionally my midfield can get caught on the ball, but this maybe because tactic is not fluid yet. I have Ronaldo on the right wing and Neymar on the left wing with Suarez up front.. If Suarez is injured or suspended then I play Neymar as striker and Ozul as left winger. Ronaldo is doing good when running with ball but does seem to be a bit inconsistent, but he was with the previous tactic I was using at start of season.. Maybe he is getting old in my save now.. Still a great player but perhaps declining with age?
 
I've heard Ronaldo should be exellent as a centre striker!

I try and use opposite foot of the side they play in, but sometimes i dont have the time for that and they can play quite well with same side foot
 
Just finished 2nd season with Espanyol. Lost in Euro Cup semi final, but had a few key players out injured. Was a good solid season with a team that was predicted to finish in 8th place by media. Players I got in for free worked very well. Screenshot of final table.

I enjoy playing the original tactic, Jes. Just don't play it as much, as so many new tactics and saves I play as well.
 
My apoligiez about the excessive amount of tactics that I have created lately, I know its many and difficult to follow them all. I just haven't been satisfied before now actually, but I can say their is so many more to create :)

I got a bit of a poser... I turned down Valencia and Ath Madrid jobs last season after being offered them, that was easy to do.. As I feel Espanyol have big potential.. However was getting Espanyol from end of season to pre season and played 2 games in pre season and Bayern have come in for me with a transfer budget of 58 Million.. Question stay with potential at Espanyol or take the Bayern job? I'm hovering on both.. What would others do in this posistion?
 
I would stay with Espanol - Bayern is just another job that you probably will be offered later on anyway. Fulfill Espanol's potential - make them some money and you will have much more than 58 million :)
 
Stay in Espanyol and make history there...then all the big team will figth for your services ;)
 
I turned down the Bayern job and am staying with Espanyol.. Was perhaps going to any way but thought I'd ask any way :-)

Im starting the 2018-2019 season with R.Madrid. Im using the tribute tactic with one modification in the corner set : I put my striker to go for the goal and works so nice. I like the tank type strikers,I can send you a capture of my 3 actually strikers,all of them are regens...but with a good trainning are amazing lol

Just finished the 2nd​ season with Espanyol. Had training on teamwork all season as I never got better than “Have developed a strong understanding” which in truth surprised me as I only added 4 players at start of season. Anyway, I got to the Spanish Cup S/F only to lose 4-3 on agg to Barca. Also CL was beaten easily by Juventus in the 1st​ knockout round, which wasn’t too surprising. Considering my team is still full of young players who haven’t got anywhere near full potential I would have to say we really did overachieve in the league!

That's really a great result - About the gel level I'm suspecting it could have something to do with assistant manager as well. Did you keep general training at team cohesion as well?

Anyway I'm busy putting together a video for the langvatn tribute so i haven't been able to play the game.

Yes Jes, Team cohesion all season, you may well be right with the assistant manager, when I took the job was the best I could afford at the time, so will see when his contract expires and get a new and better one in now I have a little more money to spend.

Just finished my 4th​ season, with Espanyol. Was a bit down in the league from last season, but feel is difficult to compete with Real Madrid and Barca. Got to Spanish cup final only to lose against R.Madrid aet… Was good in CL as got to Q/F and lost to Juventus. One point for me is that is has been impossible until now to terminate staff, as compensation was too high, according to the board, so am letting a lot of staff’s contracts run out and have my eyes on a new *** Man. See how it goes. One oddity for me is that at times it was “Extremely strong” after a game and day before was “Strong understanding” Only had “Extremely” about 8 times all season, winning 5, drew 1 and lost 2. I feel that was down to my *** Man. Screenshot of final season.
