MAY - END OF SEASON

What an end to the season as we picked up 3 trophies. The league was won after we defeated Torino and then we thumped Juventus in the Coppa Italia final. We defeated our 4th French team in the Europa League when we beat Lyon 3-0. All in all - PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!

-------------------------------------

Castel di Sangro 2-0 Torino
Diego, Righini

Udinese lost beforehand so we knew a win would give us the title and win we did!!!!!

-----------------------------

Coppa Italia Final
Castel di Sangro 3-1 Juventus
Ongenda 2, Diego

YES!!!!!!!! All the goals came in the first 25min so we were pretty comfortable throughout.

------------------------------

Udinese 2-1 Castel di Sangro
Ibsen

Rested 9 players and wasnt bothered about the result really.

------------------------------

UEFA Europa League Final
Lyon 0-3 Castel di Sangro
Diego (pen), Kopecky, Cosenza

Magnificent!!!! We struck twice early and managed to hold on after that and then Cosenza fired in a free-kick late on.

------------------------------

Castel di Sangro 5-3 Parma
Cosenza, Righini 3, Crisetig

A thrilling match to end the season with Righini smashing in a magnificent hat-trick.

SUMMARY
A memorable season where not only did we win 3 trophies but we also started building our new stadium. My young players keep getting better and better as you would expect so who knows how far they can go!

Wow and I thought this was supposed to be a challenge.... Great job!

Wow, you are really the best fm player on earth, simple as that, and as i said before, CL winners next season ;)

u are an fm god lol...who would have thought a little team like tht winning serie a

You should try the San Marino Advanced challenge and try win the champions league. Think that might actually test you! Amateur club in an amateur league and you need to build the reputation of your team as well as the league in general to increase prize money etc.

Unbelievably good and if you win the CL next year you can call yourself the special one.

Thanks for the comments guys - loving this save - not as much as the Bilbao one but it will last me until fm 13 anyways. Cant believe how young my squad is - nobody over 23!!!!

GROUP B

Switzerland
3-4 Poland
Lewandowski, Polanski, Wolski, Perquis

3 down after 19min (Derdiyok hat-trick) and somehow we came back to win. An amazing comeback this that should secure 3rd place.

Germany 0-0 Holland

----------------------------------

Poland 1-3 Germany
Lewandowski

Was 0-0 until the 70th minute and then they scored twice - didnt disgrace ourselves at least.

Holland
2-0 Switzerland

-------------------------------

Poland 0-3 Holland

Very, very harsh this. Could easily have got a draw.

Switzerland 0-0 Germany

----------------------------------

Out we go as we didnt have a good enough goal difference to qualify as one of the best 3rd place teams. Going to quit anyway but will see if I get sacked first lol

STUART QUITS POLAND!

The board were happy after the Euros - which were won by Belgium - so I quit. In my head I wanted these jobs should they become available in this order -

1. Italy
2. France
3. Scotland
4. Belgium
5. Portugal
6. Germany
7. Holland
8. Croatia (just so I coud give Radosevic a cap)

Germany and Scotland didnt become available while France, Italy and Portugal rejected me. Croatia offered me a job whih I rejected as bigger posts remained available while I wasnt interested in Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovakia etc so I was left to accept the job from....

BELGIUM

Taking charge of the winners of the Euros isnt a burden and I will learn Dutch of course. Hopefully I will find a few regens to aid the likes of Hazard, Lukaku etc.

Just caught up! Great season with winning 3 major titles. Good effort in the Euro's and now looking forward to another season at the top and also seeing what you can do with Belgium
