OCTOBER

I bet nobody saw this move coming!! Fabregas was available on a free after Barcelona released him - his stats have dropped a fair bit after a bad injury last season but he will be a good squad member and hopefully tutor some of my players. Got a release clause of £5m which I will probably sell him for in the summer - valued at £6m though!

Fabregas came off the bench to make his debut here. Kopecky setup 1 and had 1 disallowed. While Cosenza scored 1 and assisted 1.

NOVEMBER

Another solid month with 2 great away draws in Europe and a few decent league results too. Off the pitch we got our second feeder club in Lokomotiv Sofia. They dont have any players but I have a few Bulgarians I might give them - summat wrong there methinks!!!!

Loads of managers have been given the chop and I have been linked with the jobs at Napoli, Juventus and Palermo - no offers yet though.

No goals conceded this month which means we were unbeaten of course. We ahave been drawn to play Inter in the Coppa Italia and Lyon in the Champions League.

Was pretty amazed at some of the award winners - especially Ravaglia and Ronnow - not that I am complaining!

JANUARY

The transfer window was open and we did some business. Firstly we sold 50% of Mael Sanchez for a crazy £5.5m - he was signed in the summer on a free and hasnt featured yet!!!!! Fossati was sold for £1.8m while Bonta was sent out on loan.

Incoming were a few youngsters with only Biondini (£2.2m from Juventus) likely to feature for the 1st team. The 16y/o Frenchman cost £1m and the rest were on frees while I have loaned out the Bulgarian to Lokomotiv Sofia.

We could have raked in much more as Sjolund rejected a £4m co-ownership deal away while I had bids for Yilmaz, Kabasele and Bertini while Ongenda was being linked with a move away until he got injured for 3 months!

Finally I have agreed to sign a 15y/o Brazilian who will come in in 2 years time.

On the whole this was a very good month but the defeat to Fiorentina annoys me a bit! Still look favourites to win the league and we are in a good position to progress in the Champions League and Coppa Italia so all is good!

Progress in all comps means it has been a good month! Chopped and changed the side quite a bit this month so was pleased to come through unbeaten. Internationally Cosenza won his first cap while Cinelli got called up (dont know why - great prospect but that was a surprise). Dont know what Radosevic has to do to get called up!!!!

APRIL

Champions again!!! We had some really tough fixtures this month and to end it with the title is a massive fillip. Was pleased to knock Liverpool out of the Champions League as I feel we are at that level (even though they are 7 places above Man Utd).

I forgot to mention my youth intake last month - we signed 6 players with the highest being a 4 star player. Nothing special.
