I would not change from Dambusters if going well, as also 122 pts on underdog league.

On verge of winning league with Newcastle first season using Dambusters. Made quite a few transfer but still an impressive feat.

WOKING 451 control 154 pts

Control was used with Will's Tactic League. However, I used Counter with Woking although my preference is to use Standard.

Counter appears to work better at Home Control Away.

For very difficult Away games try Overload - nothing to lose anyway.

Working nicely in my belgian Standard Liege save.
Players are organised defensively well and attacking phases are a joy to watch. Finally my lads are playing some decent football

Man United

Anyone tested any of these tactics with Man United?

Hey Knap, tactics look great. Have you ever considered doing a tactics 'set'? 3 tactics, defend - control - attack for example for the 3 slots?

The 451 you can use counter control and overload (If I find time I will try it on attack). To defend change WBs to defend and move wingers back,

just wanna say thank you

by far I am using 442 Midsomer Murder 442 Counter, works so well in all the teams i chosen.

hey man,

i use the 442 Midsomer Murder 442 Counter pts 155 F 201 A 39
altho.... it works ok, i win 3-0 most times..

but against smaller teams i have alot of trouble..

as im ajax, i play alot against smaller teams..

what could i do?

Smaller teams tend to either mass defend, so usually you get few chances, or they defend deep and hit long balls. I normally try changing the fwds or wingers around and if still no joy subs.

I very seldom change instructions but sometimes going deeper has worked in past.

Small teams just defend and in previous FMs a goal from a corner would open them up. The logical football way to open up a defensive team would be to go wide and use the wings. As the tactics already hammer wing play you could try width and depth.
Dambuster or Midsomer Murder should be the highest scoring.

Oddly Overload can work against big teams away because they are set up to attack.

Hi all,
Thank you Knap for your all amazing tactics used it from fm14 and it always worked well!
So here is my experience as journeyman game with Stockport, took them in conference and promoted with them year by year in conference by playoffs winners ,in conference premier also playoffs winners ,league 1,2 and championship by winners from 1 place.I used Oxford tactic and it was amazing with Stockport but in Primier league first season i lost 4 straight matches at the beginning of a season then decided to switch to midsumer it was better one results but not as good as Oxford one in previous leagues we finished on 10 place.Next season decided to try ones again Oxford at the start and same bad results...then Dambuster tactic came out and gave it a try the result of it 5 place in premiere league next season gonna be ours!
So in my opinion Oxford tactic is best for smaller clubs in conference or championship but it doesn't work well in premier legue for me a lot of draws and losts and Dambuster is the best for bigger clubs and better squad teams in higher leagues..

Original Spurs squad 1st with Oxford 102pts but Dambuster also won PL with Spurs but will probably outscore Oxford.
In the tactic test Dambuster was 3pts better over 60games but all settings are same apart from the AM to SS upfront giving 2 fwds.

1st season in PL is tough for any tactic.

Stockport a hopefully will be next Leicester.

Also forgot to mention as a bonus one bargain guy for my team righ winger Billy Waiters he is a beast, signed him on free first season and he scored more then 10 goals every season as winger with average rating 7.50 the most amaizing that he is only one player in my current team squad from conference and he is still scores goals in premier league ,absolutely bargain who can!

thanks, well i still think its a great tactic! might gonna use a other for against smaller teams..

Yeah Dambuster looks like more attacking then Oxford but really don't know why Oxford didn't work for me in premier as good as it were in lower leagues with same squad and match preparation...Now have Gotze and Lemar as amc and Dumbaster tactic suits well for them)

So if i want to use a 4231 with atleast 1 IF which one is performing the best right now? Im playing with Spurs
