LFCMarshall FM15 Update suggestion thread

Gourcuff -> free transfer & CA decrease
Kevin-Prince Boateng -> Schalke & maybe CA decrease
Cristian Ledesma -> Santos
A.Cole -> As Roma

Neymar -> decrease
Benzema -> CA decrease

Hey Marshall, thanks for the brilliant work you do for the FM community, your updates are really the best out there as they are the closest to reality...

I wanted to ask you if you know how to remove the first financial fair play penalties? (probably set in the editor)

I always start a save by deactivating the first transfer window to always play in game with the real life squad. When we arrive in October or November, all the clubs boards give a transfer budget, except PSG, City, Benfica, Malaga... I guess it must be due to that.
The thing is I'm a PSG supporter and always play with this team and at the end of the season, the board gives a transfer budget that you can't adjust with the wage budget, which is quite a pain when you want to negociate contract with top players. It makes it at least 2 years with this handicap while in the meantime all the other clubs are recruiting.

As you know, the PSG penalties have been removed by the FIFA in June (even City seeing the Sterling, De Bruyne and Otamendi transfers), so do you know how I can keep the financial fair play in game but remove the 2 years penalties you start the game with? (and stay as close as the reality ;)...)

Is there people playing with Man City and having this problem?

Not sure if this is a universal issue but Finland and Iceland are unplayable on my game. Probably due to other editor data files but might not be.
 
Have you upgraded Douglas Costa ? He is on beast mode for the moment.
 
oduwas dribbling and pace should be upgraded he is a brilliant prospect and pochettino is excited about him

Mathew Ryan could do with a bit of a boost to CA, as could Javi Fuego (regular starter) Pablo Piatti (one of their best performers last year), Santi Mina (too low even though he is very young) and Antonio Barragan (always underrated). Yoel and Fede Cartabia's CA are a bit too high.

Paco Alcacer is arguably Valencia's best prospect so a slight PA boost is fair and the same goes for Santi Mina who is capped at youth level and has great potential. PA drop for Cartabia and Rodrigo de Paul who are rated a bit too high.

Maybe some tweaks. Rugani PA 163, Romagnoli PA 180. that seems not fair, Rugano played 38 games and every min in them, no yellow card. he had better stats then Romagnoli. a 175 for both seems more suitet.

Dzeko PA 168, thats need to go up. Iturbe PA 171, Dzeko is a much better player then Iturbe.

Bale and James Rodriguez may need a little PA boost, like 180-183. seems not fair compair to Rooney, gotze exp.

Remember PA is potential.. just one example is Iturbe 'potentially' can be better than Dzeko but he may not reach that level

ok mate he is playing amazing atm hes head and shoulders above every player in the league
 
fassil el bakhtoui from dumfermline could do with an upgrade, scoring alot for a midfielder and quite a few clubs looking at him, could be a decent prospect.
 
Newcastle Changes

Jak Alnwick from Newcastle to Port Vale was a free transfer not a loan deal

Andy Woodman is no longer at Newcastle he's now goalkeeping coach at Crystal Palace

Also Cabella always has a transfer agreed to Marseille at the end of his season long loan spell there which is pointless/annoying. The deal is with an obligation to buy once his loan is up but not sure if you can change that.
